The only modification I want for The Beast is addition of a midcourse spaghetti bowl like Voyage. Put it at the first right turn as plenty of speed and it empties out into a brake run. I want some wild turns where the train goes sideways. (If wishes were horses I would own a carousel.)

kingda ka while a big joke for great adventure.... and high maintenance cost.... just noooo nooo nooo.... that launch is sooo amazing!!!!! still wish that cp had found a way to redo the lines and prevent the incident from happening inthe first place. so we could have kept top thrill 1.0

Ryan the ride mechanic, made a great video on his thoughts about Kingda Ka closing, I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already. But I personally dont think Kingda Ka is going anywhere yet. It also makes me wonder the future of other accerlator intamin coasters, like Xcelerator at Knotts Berry Farm, Storm Runner at Hershey Park.

If Kingda Ka is remodeled , i REALLY hope that they let Intamin do it

Pipe scream is not a roller coaster. Silly CP staff. They should stop it, they have 18 coasters from next year.

They could build that area up like 10-15 feet and that would give it a way to do a tunnel W/O digging. just a thought.

Great video ! I really hope Top thrill opens up it is just crazy how he almost have no idea what is going on with it. Whenever I go to cedar point once a week I go over to see if they changed anything for the ride. Top Thrill 2 was an amazing Ride I was able to go on it 4 times

Other coaster news , Indiana Beach removed the shoulder restraints on Triple Loop . No more cranium paddle ball . Still janky but no asprin required .

Cedar point flatters themselves. They're like the pigs on the top floor of that movie the platform. Taking the best and leaving the scraps for the rest. We head up a few times a year for their, yes, great coasters, but also their huge concrete midways, epic long lines, overpriced food and the constant breaking down of rides after waiting over an hour. Ki is our home park and I'm glad it is. And that eyesore of the empty vortex plot isn't going to fill itself cedar flags.

I think cedar point got a great deal on sirens curse because it was just collecting dust in Mexico because the city in Mexico said not to chop down any more trees. It will also soften the blow of tt2s current status.

Kingda Ka will get a face lift just like The Top Thrill 2

I’m excited for a modern Vekoma thrill coaster finally coming to the US. We’ve seen several family new age but not any thrill. Well the super boomerang but it’s not open yet. The ride mechanic has a convincing video over Kingda not actually closing. He seems to believe it’s just another rumor. Gives his reasons as usual.

Here's my thoughts on ka....isn't there a certain park that has a large plot of land that has been vacant since 2019...I think it would be great replacement...refurb it...idk.just guessing..Chad Showalter may want it...

Also, there have been several far fetched rumors of teasers at Kings Island regarding cryptic displays at the old Son of Beast station. one poster references the River Mining Company (each letter spelling out RMC). There are artifacts from Son of Beast on display in this location, which is called Outpost 5. Ground up RMC Revenge of Son of Beast in Kings Island’s future? 😮 Perhaps you guys can investigate further.

I have a theory for the height difference between Energylandia’s Vekoma Tilt Coaster and Cedar Point’s Siren’s Curse: I suspect that Energylandia measured the height of the lift from the ground up to the flat dead end track before this section of track actually tilts. I suspect that Cedar Point measured the height of the lift from the ground and then they included the height of the tilt track section when it was tilted into the verified position. To me this makes sense to explain the height differences between Energylandia’s stats and Cedar Point’s stats for the same exact coaster.

Nawwwwww Ka not going anywhere anytime soon, maybe in 2027 or 28, I think it's some idiot CP fan boy that have nothing productive to do but toss a rumor on social media and yall just eat it up like slop LOL. besides, they are not going to tear down two huge rides and build what in it's place????? it would have to be a much bigger project than Ka and Zumanjaro and if anything, if they don't get TT2 together, that would be one on it's way out before Ka. IMOP, and it's just my opinion, I think Siren Curse project was ment for six flags magic mountain because they had started clearing out land then all of a sudden they stopped construction, so they tossed Sirens Curse over to CP as an new distraction from TT2 in case they have to make a executive decision and remove TT2 and it's entirely but I'm just speculating so LOL.

I don’t see why they wouldn’t just convert Ka. Probably won’t be difficult since Zamperla will have everything figured out by next year. I don’t care if I sound insane, the only worthy replacement is an exa coaster. Plus Zumanjaro is on there and that’s a whole other attraction that’d be scrapped. Maybe even Intamin will come instead of Zamperla with their original TT2 extended layout design. I just don’t see demolition and replacement with something smaller like a giga making sense. Taking Ka out is a huge shoe to fill and probably going to be a huge negative change for this park and after that I only see it getting worse with more removals. It also feels like Cedar Point/Fair getting revenge for Great Adventure stealing OG Dragsters records. I’m holding out nothing but hope for the conversion Ka and the Golden Kingdom need revitalizing anyway. Should put a flat ride pack where Temple of the Tiger is, where they used to have the tiger shows and around that area in general where there’s room.
