The S sounds in the video are so sharp and tinny, giving a lisp crossed with whistle effect. Couldn’t listen to the rest of the video with the first few S sounds pronounced. Ouch

Cats can't clean out a bowl with food crumbs or stuck food around the edges. Use a spoon and put the foot on a plate. They may eat it that way.

That's been my numb 1 mistake. I randomly gave her treats for looking cute. Now when I try to train she just laughs at me.

i use 2-3” of pine pellets and cover them with ~1/2” of alfalfa pellets. the alfalfa pellets cover the smell very well and i dispose of the litter by spreading it out over the lawn and yard. i started with a kitten i found in my yard snd adopted another. both took to the pine & alfalfa pellets with no problems. i don’t sift but just change the litter every week to two weeks. i use 3 large bins for two cats.

Only thing that worries me is if I open the door on a regular day and he runs out. I think I will take him through the garage with 3 doors and click and treat behind each one so that he doesn’t associate front door with escaping

This video is incorrect. Pellets are meant to be soaked in water first, so they poof into dry, fluffy shavings. Look up "horse bedding pellets" for proper use.

That’s so smart letting them wear the harness in the house! I actually didn’t think of that. Side note: I have a cat who loves looking out the window but I have terrible view and she’s confined to just my room during the day so I’m wanting to take her on walks when I get home so she can at least see nature but I have no idea if she’d even be interested in it😅

I am glad I went to your Tutorial, I am pretty confident I would of done everything wrong, So the journey begins and my cat TAVI an Abyssinian, at some point will go outside to our picnic table........ OH yes, if he wants to.

I use a 13-1/4" stackable classifier gold prospecting pan with 1/4" mesh placed on top of a 5 gallon bucket with a compost bag inside of the bucket. Simply scoop litter into prospecting pan, shake and all "sawdust" (used litter) falls into the bucket. All that's left in the prospecting pan is the clean litter! Problem solved! No more con in sifting! Also, I use a Hobya XL Stainless Steel litter box to prevent disease. LOVE THIS PINE LITTER from Tractor Supply!

I've been using wood pellets for a couple years and love it! It's better, cheaper, and more natural. I scoop the poop and use the sawdust on top of cardboard as weed barrier in the garden.

Animals are ment to fit around our lives not the other round i have a 18 month cockerpoo no cats but if i had a cat they be fed between 7/730am in morning same at night if they kittens / puppys they needs maybe 3/4 times feeding but they adults they only needs feeding twice a day people are really becoming lazy using devices to help them in life for anything and cats should not be house cats they suppose to go outside & roam freely

U can also use wooden clump litter . Cats best here in Germany makes it out of wood bits and there’s a company called Corn Cat that makes litter out of corn .

I've been giving serious consideration to buying one of these for my six cats. Unfortunately, we do not have available room inside, but we do have a catio that has room. The cats have free access during the day when we're home (we're retired and boring so they're out there almost all day when they want to be. LOL). We bring them inside, though, whenever we're not going to be home. So, all that said, I have a couple of questions: 1. Has anyone kept their wheel outside under cover and away from precipitation? If so, has there been any weather-related 'injuries' to the wheel? We live in California, southern area. 2. Has anyone experienced their cat getting a toe or foot caught in the sides, or - if a multi-cat family - other cats getting hurt while another cat is using the wheel? Thanks for considering a response. I really love the comprehensive review, too. And your cat photobombing your video - so typical! LOL

Please could somebody identify a step in harness that can be purchased? The first harness I bought has 4 snaps and I don't think there's any way I would ever be able to get that harness on her.

I use this for my horse! We love it! Low dust, so much easier to clean than shavings. Now, I think I’m going to use it for my kittens. The clumping clay is awful!

I think my boyfriend was spinning the wheel and scared them. As soon as I buy clothes they are laying on it, but not the wheel. Get rid of the music, it sucks. Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Horse pellets aren’t kiln dried. Pine oil (phenol) is toxic to cats and you need to get kiln dried litter. Kiln drying removes the toxic substances from the pellets and make it cat safe. The tractor supply pellets are toxic to cats, switch to a kiln dried brand.
