Healthy Salted Date CARAMEL 🍮
This healthy salted date caramel is nut-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian. Not to mention so healthy for you. :-)
I am obsessed with this caramel. It tastes like happiness in a jar. You have to try it. Stir it into your morning oatmeal or yogurt for a sweet and satisfying breakfast. Or get creative and use it as a topping for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or yogurt parfaits. The possibilities are endless!

I have not heard of Eldeerflower before but loved how you made it! I wish I could try it. It looks good especially adding the lemon to it. Reminds me of lemonade.
It is called a simple syrup and you can add sparkling water to it and/or vodka. 😊
