BAKED SRIRACHA HOT CAULIFLOWER 'WINGS'

This is probably the more complicated of recipes that I have made. I am quite late to get on board the cauliflower wings 'trend'. But I was desperate to try them for myself. They really hit the spot and a great transition food or as a snack at socials. There are so many different variations of these 'wings'. But this one really works well. They are oh so spicy!

That looks excellent! I have made buffalo tempeh but not cauliflower yet. What is the recipe for the dill sauce? Is it vegan?

But in essence is it just plant-based mayo mixed with plant-based milk and dried dill. It is vegan yes.

I used to hate tempeh but it's actually quite good. I was told the trick is to steam it or boil in water first to remove the bitterness, so I always do that.

Finally got to make my version of the cauliflower wings. Yummy! Have you tried something similar? If so, what did you think?
