Great video! I tried to mix the air and gasoline in the 2023 Honda NAVI, but the carburetor has a plug on the air valve that I cannot change because it is closed.
Doing my back tire change today
Gracias Amigo tu si sabes. Justo lo que buscaba
What kind of tuning did you have to do for it?
Thank you for the excellent video. Could you provide more details about the new top speed achieved with this setup?
This is how the bars are made. Nothing is wrong with them.
And I just noticed you have the heavier spring than mine…yours is 100nm and mine is 80nm
How’s it ride? I put the HO424 on mine from a Grom and with everything soft it’s a rough ride…I’m 162lbs…🤷♂️
which shock absorber u have installed?? and can u provide website name
Stihl RM448 TX, manual says 2800 rpm, Runleader says 5500 rpm. How come?
Either your idler screw is set wrong, or you have the tachometer set to 1 sparks per rev instead of 2
@@MrPrecision86 Hello it was a different setting, it is ok now, thanks.
What size D sockets for the air/fuel screw
So good and super 👍👍👍
Dude is the most slowest boringest video I've ever seen Nobody cares what kind of screwdriver you got to where you bought it from why can't you just say four turns out two turns in why you got to go through all that stuff and it's
Mine looked exactly the same. Changed it at 500 miles.
mine dont have the circle heat connector mine came with a flat piece of copper
This video has been a major source of reference for me so thank you and plz don’t take this the wrong way but I refuse to believe you got that torque wrench to click at 68 foot pounds holding that variator with your hand 😂😂 the vid don’t even show it. All jokes but seriously thanks for this information.
Thank you.
Will this pick up gravel on dirt roads?
I know what I’m gonna do with mine , I’m gonna leave it alone and not worry about it
thanks man the kits for some reason had a bunch of washers and was confused until i seen this
Que tal amigo te saludo desde Guatemala tenia un problema con la misma gracias a tu video solucionado completo podrías subir como calibrar las válvulas porfavor para poder aprender disculpa
How’s the ride? I put one on mine and just sitting on it with compression and rebound set to soft it seems very hard…🤷♂️
scheduled breakin is after 300 mi according to the shop manual, might be worth flushing in a couple times if there's that much debris, when I change my oil if I find any debris at all I'm just going to refill it two or three times after riding around for about 20 minutes per until I can no longer see anything on the strainer.
All of it
Mine runs smooth so if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
very big roach at 9:21
thank you for your videos, there is very little information on the navi, in terms of upgrading and performance tutorials, and results. I have ordered the rev limiter delete kit from rolling wrench, the DCR upgraded camshaft, variator/clutch/rollers, any adapter so I can use a 24 mm carb. hopefully I can get the navi to go fast enough to go out on the highway with. great channel, I'm on day three of Navi ownership and i love it!!
I agree I think that chopping plastic to try and get to the bolt means they never read the shop manual that's available... anyone that chops through any plastic to get to a bolt on any production vehicle is a certifiable idiot.
Dang mine did not include any paperwork or instructions and I completely skipped the internal bar mounting. I just ran the spacers and bolts into the existing headlight housing.
what is the screwdriver actually for ?
Same here great timing
What's the tyre size
Thanks for the vid! Really informational. ❤
I cant believe you put a $500 shock on a Navi lmaoooo
I know right but my bum thanks me! I really can’t believe I bought at Grom that I never ride for 4500.00 I prefer the Navi and my bigger cc bike over the Grom. But it looks cool in the shop so it staying for now lol SP model Grom FYI Also that shock will fit the Grom as well
What kinda gas you running. Should always run non ethanol that's why that spark plug is black
You can put 87 octane if your use the Navi often but if it sit for a period of time I would put in 91 non oxygenated… black soot is indication of a rich mixture and your air/fuel mixture screw need to be adjusted
Haley is so awesome
The rear heidenau tire has that nice aggressive tread…Looking at putting something aggressive like that on mine versus the standard Michelin city grip 2…. How is traction for mostly on road riding? Do you feel it has less traction for the road with the knobby tires? Is it a pretty smooth ride? Debating this versus your suggestion of the K80 for the rears! Thanks so much!
It’s an awesome tire grips well on pavement and gravel!
are u 300rpm higher or is the sensor 300 off?
If you watch the series of videos you would see that this video of the multimeter is before drilling the Welch screw out so you can tune the Navi…
Great video, thanks for share!!!
Can I cut that intake tube? Say around the bend so the filter isn't turned out to the left.
You can do whatever you would like just make sure you don’t have your rear fender off because the intake will be getting a bunch of crap all over it!
Hey man, did you ever find a fix for this? We just bought my wife a Navi and when I rode it, I noticed this exact same thing. She doesn’t notice it though lol
I wish they sold that bar separately, thats all I want, not the entire windshield kit.
Que paso con la cucaracha del minuto 30:34??
Who else noticed that the spark plug wiggled when he pulled the boot off? It wasn't even tight.
Thank you for your video, it was spot on for my install on my Navi today.
Great video! Video resolution and audio was outstanding. Great up close tutorial and very detailed.
Do you still like your navi?
Lol I do. 3xx miles and looking good just sitting in the garage…
You can access the carb without removing any plastics by removing the lower bolt on the rear shock while the bike is on the center kickstand.
I just installed this on my 98 kx250 i 3d printed a mount for it with green filament and it mounts to the tank bolt centered perfectly im not sure i want to put the temp washer wire under my spark plug think the height difference with the washer might mess something up thinking about putting it to the engine stay mount since i think you can calibrate it anyway have you heard anything about it messing up the head because of the washer what would you do 😮
Did you leave the tack setting on 1p1r? I swear the instructions say to put them at 1p2r but that was off for me.
