Bro😂😂 what this game has so much secret stuff you can break necks you can hire guys to do missions with you and lance and they actually kill people and you dont got to protect them 😂😂 the game is easy and when your using ppsspp roms use the ppsspp menu to save you progess in game and there are mods to download that actually give you right analog camera use

Chinatown War is easily the best top down GTA. The older top down GTA's are almost unplayable without a mouse and keyboard and even then it's still outdated. Chinatown Wars is modernised and refined and a lot more Arcade like, set in the HD Universe with features that aren't even in the mainline GTA 4 games. I would love to see a newer entry released for mobile and the Switch. I think there still is a lot more room for improvement with a top down style GTA. Chinatown Wars did not have tanks, jets and planes.

This 1 is good I wish Rockstar would bring back hotwire mechanics for older vehicles & a hacking tool for newer vehicles also would be nice if some vehicles had the key in the ignition the drug dealing was also a fun aspect of this game. I bought grand theft auto china town wars when i was 11 at a walmart the employee didn't even ID me

Only gta with implemented drug selling and that was for NintendoDs hahaha always found it absurd

I mean the game was originally for the DS that's why there's no voice actor and animation you know when they port to the PSP they do like comic book art style and add new features and new missions

One of the things that I enjoyed about Chinatown wars was stealing goods from gangs or buying them from one dealer to another dealer at a specific deadline, i remember making like 1 million dollars halfway through the game.

I personally think the over the top nature of the sainrs row series was pretty fun and cool

I feel like this one is really underrated! Played it as a kid and it smacks, plus there’s mods to give you a third person pov like in 4 or, as I recently saw, you can even play it in full 3D vr. Turns out it was 3D the whole time they just chose not to bring it down cause the textures were mid.

Apparently, CTW has the most realistic car hijacking.

The fact they got MF DOOM and ghost face killa to do the intro song is enough for this to be my favourite

GTA Chinatown wars have an explosive pistols

If you want to get 100% out of this games you must play android /ios port. It has sharp visuals plus touchscreen mini games from DS version. And it is way better to hotwire the car using touchscreen than using buttons to do it.

I'm in the minority here but I actually like Huang Lee's sometimes cheeky most of the time sarcastic drypan humor, I chuckled here and there reading his dialogues. I feel like if the game had voice acting it would have been more memorable. Edit: Also, the drug trading mechanic would be ok with gta iii or vice city but it wouldn't have fit within the thematics of San Andreas given how the main storyline has CJ and the gang fighting against it.
