I'm thankful for what l have and if I think that way I might end up having more. I do think of many people who suffer needlessly the homeless , lonely , disabled , old age etc.

I have met these people sometimes had a meal with them and I desperately need someone to help them in these times.

I'm glad that I went out in the summer and joined in with the community I thank their kindness and information they had given me although I do reckon I need to listen to people that little bit more.

Definitely things are changing so we have to live with problem solving the remedies the different strategies and therapies instead of prescribed treatments off doctors especially psychiatrists.

We could live happily if we understand each other and I know we are achieving that theory rather well.

I wish you all a good Christmas with family and friends you all deserve the best in life. I will do best I can trying for a better mindset after that's achieved I will talk to people more better
