BBC Look North : The distinct winner in the budget the NHS .

The new government is going to mend the broken NHS this is the way they are setting out to fix a part of it :
The NHS is a distinct winner getting twenty five billion pounds over the next two years. The money will help with 40,000 appointments and operations a week but not everyone is happy.
The GPs are not altogether happy with the budget because they discovered that they are going to pay for their staffs national insurance contributions also the care homes are going ti pay national insurance contributions.
Dr George Rae fears some GP practices could close down if it happens how are they going to get extra appointments to see their GP and where will the patients go.
