    How to Create a Calisthenics Workout Plan
    Since no one has made an in depth tutorial on how to create a calisthenics program, I decided to create one myself especially since if I were just starting out, I would want a video like this.

    this is the closest Ive find to what Im looking for. Ideally, a 30 video playlist that can be started at any point, its just a circle for beginners. then a second and third for different levels. following a 30 min video feels nicer as the viewer, than a 2 min video, do this and see you later. =)

      Look for “hemo calisthenics” you may find what are looking for, side note, he talks in arabic, but he tried his best to make it understandable for everyone, I’m not surprised if you find an English subtitles.

    If I'm doing this but training 6 times a day, should i use the same workouts for all of the push/pull/leg days both times throughout the week or should i change it up? For eample Pull day 1 i do pull ups but for pull day 2 I do chin ups

    • @cobrasthenics
      @cobrasthenics  5 місяців тому +2

      You can always change it up or keep it the same. If one day you target chest more maybe the other you should do more shoulder.

    how much exercises should you have for push and pull. i have like 5 different push exercises with 3 sets to failure i wonder if this is too much for mass

    • @cobrasthenics
      @cobrasthenics  5 місяців тому +2

      Unless you are more advanced, 3 sets till failure is crazy. As long as you cover your pushing muscles you should be good. Maybe you can take out one exercise and raise the progression for another or add weight if it’s too easy. But hey if you like to do more, do more.

If i did push today then tomorrow i cant do pull day because my joints haven't recovered yet. Should i decrease intensity so i can follow up the next day with pull day or should i move it to another day?

    hey man i got a quession. when i do pullups if i do 5 reps (my max is 8 pullup) in first set, i cant even do 2 pullups in second set (5 minute rest between 1st-2nd set) how can i fix that problem?💪

    • @MarwanNAP
      @MarwanNAP 5 місяців тому

      I suggest that you divide your max by 2, In your case it’s 4, so 4 pull-ups will be your set, total sets is 4, then after one month measure your max and repeat the cycle. Also try to add rows to the workouts routine it will helps you improving your pull-ups. Remember it will take time but the results is worth it.

    • @cobrasthenics
      @cobrasthenics  3 місяці тому +1

      You could move your pull day, or just focus on explosive pullups. But, honestly that’s great that you are sore from pushdays, eventually it might not stay like that.

    is it okay to fo till failure at first rep,i do 15-20dips till failure on 1st rep and 10-15till failure on 2nd total of 30,in every workout i do the same pushup also 20-20-10,so it ok to do

    • @avucreator8353
      @avucreator8353 3 місяці тому

      or should i do 10rep on 5 set like that or my max at a rep 20 so 20-20-10

    • @cobrasthenics
      @cobrasthenics  3 місяці тому

      If your goal is to hit more reps than yes training till failure is okay, but it’s more effective you train close till failure. If you are trying to get stronger or build more muscle then maybe you need more resistance which is weights. But, be careful weighted dips can be taxing on your sternum

  • @bigpapi5216
    @bigpapi5216 Місяць тому

    Since a lot of these workouts use multiple muscle groups, I find that I am unable to complete the next exercise. I will do my pushups and go till failure on the last set, but then I can barely do two dips after that. How can I fix this.

    • @abacaxi1471
      @abacaxi1471 27 днів тому

      One exercise per muscle group its is enough brother. Do push ups one day and dont to any other exercise with your arms on that day. Then the next day if you want you can do some dips.

      like I said in the video, you can get an old back, fill it up with heavy weight and do some one arm rows, or find a place you can do inverted rows on, maybe a desk, table or chairs.
