    this is the closest Ive find to what Im looking for. Ideally, a 30 video playlist that can be started at any point, its just a circle for beginners. then a second and third for different levels. following a 30 min video feels nicer as the viewer, than a 2 min video, do this and see you later. =)

      Look for “hemo calisthenics” you may find what are looking for, side note, he talks in arabic, but he tried his best to make it understandable for everyone, I’m not surprised if you find an English subtitles.

    • @MarwanNAP
      @MarwanNAP Рік тому

      I suggest that you divide your max by 2, In your case it’s 4, so 4 pull-ups will be your set, total sets is 4, then after one month measure your max and repeat the cycle. Also try to add rows to the workouts routine it will helps you improving your pull-ups. Remember it will take time but the results is worth it.

      Unless you are more advanced, 3 sets till failure is crazy. As long as you cover your pushing muscles you should be good. Maybe you can take out one exercise and raise the progression for another or add weight if it’s too easy. But hey if you like to do more, do more.

      Although you made this comment 2 months ago, I’ll still answer your question. You can be as consistent as you want but I recommend if you want to do it 5-6 days a week, then do only 15-25 minute work out sessions. Otherwise you may hurt yourself from overworking your body. I’ve only been doing callisthenics for 1 month and personally I prefer working out 4 days a week but still doing cardio on my rest days. This keeps me consistent and constantly moving. Hope this helps, good luck bro!

      If your goal is to hit more reps than yes training till failure is okay, but it’s more effective you train close till failure. If you are trying to get stronger or build more muscle then maybe you need more resistance which is weights. But, be careful weighted dips can be taxing on your sternum

    Hello, after each push/pull day i would get joint pain and sore muscles because i like to go to failure until i cant move. If i did push today then tomorrow i cant do pull day because my joints haven't recovered yet. Should i decrease intensity so i can follow up the next day with pull day or should i move it to another day?

      Make sure you’re warming up with mobility and other stretches. It seriously makes a world of a difference when you do them before a workout
