3 NEW Ryobi Stick Vacs Dunk On Shark! But There’s A Catch
That attachment with the long bristles is to agitate the dust on louver blinds
I cant wait til my spinwave comes in. . It looks way more promising than the swiffer mop with the pads. . With the swiffer i gotta add a good amount of pressure if something dries up before i clean it so i am hopeful that the spinning action will make cleanup a breeze
Do you like this or the Eufy S1 pro if you had mainly hardwood floors for the most part, all things considered? maintenance, app, mopping etc
I haven’t had the Curv long enough yet to properly compare. So far I like it
2:19 The S8 MaxV Ultra you are showing does have a mop pad that extends.
Not sure if we misspoke but it definitely has an extending mop
Would you recommend for elderly woman ? Currently we have the bissell feather weight , we love it but the canister is so small
Great channel! Very detailed!
Much appreciated!
What's the best cordless vacuum under 500? I only have a 500sqft studio with mainly tiles + 1 carpet
Thank you for this video just when mine broke. Going to go for the Hoover but will save for the Dyson v15 in the future. My last vaccum was a shark brand and it lasted 2.5 years and I loved it
Guys what do you think about the Mova E30 (by Dreame)? I see it's a newer model so I can't really find comparable reviews on it. I personally don't want to take the risk of it having problems, and I don't really need mopping features although it's a bit higher price than the Roborock Q5/Q8. So my pick would probably be the Roborock Q8 Max+ as it's 60€ more than the Q5 max+ in my country, for that obstacle avoidance. I know it's not the best at it, but I am confident that it's the simplest and therefore most stress free. And hopefully it will avoid the bad cable management behind my TV stand at least.
I have not heard of the Mova. I don’t think it’s sold in North America (where we are based).
Great video, very informative, very fair about each brand. Thank you. Hoover, had one of their "Air" themed models. Lightweight, cordless, and the hook, 5 year FULL warranty. In about 2 years, parts in the motorhead melted, would not spin anymore. Took into a Hoover authorized center, could not fix. Called Hoover, said it was not under warranty. But there's a big ole sticker right on front of the Hoover vac that proudly states 5 year FULL warranty. Cannot recommend Hoover based on that experience. Might end up avoiding the Ryobi too now, though I have so many batteries. My nearly 10 year old Dyson V6 Motorhead, still like brand new. They cost an arm and a leg, but working well for me. I'm sure some peeps have run into lemons. But they're like the Toyota's of vacuums. Good quality, they don't haggle, cost more up front, but reliable, like my 20 year old, nearly 200K, 4Runner.
Think Twice Before Choosing Ecovacs T20 or T30 I love robot vacuums and the convenience they offer, but I will never go down the Ecovacs path again due to the sheer disrespect and frustration I endured with their customer service. Their support is an absolute nightmare. When my T20 bot broke twice in the first year, they did repair it, but the hoops I had to jump through took months. I contacted them via text, call, email, and even writing, yet unbelievably, no one responded for ages. Eventually, I managed to get a resolution via email, but if you're hoping for management to step in and smooth things over, you'll be waiting until the end of time. 😂😢 Key issues: 1. Customer Service: Be prepared to go round and round with them. Save all documentation (receipts, proof of purchase) and the box it came in because, if something breaks, you’ll need to ship the entire unit back. Expect lots of questions, endless back-and-forth, and a painfully slow process. 2. Privacy Concerns: Check out UA-cam videos from hackers discussing how easily someone could access your camera and microphone. Pairing these security risks with poor customer support makes this a hard pass for me. 3. Software Problems: My T20 deletes its map about once a month, even with a backup. It’s beyond frustrating, especially after spending so much time setting it up. 4. Hardware Issues: It doesn’t mop close to cabinets and struggles on high-pile carpets because the mop pads don’t lift high enough, leaving wet carpets. You have to manually remove the mop pads and keep it in vacuum-only mode unless you want it wasting cleaning solution by washing its pads every time it empties the bin. It’s also terrible around cords or small obstacles. If you have pets, you’ve been warned. 🐶 5. Performance: To be fair, the T20 cleans very well. With two dogs and three adults in the house, I’ve noticed less dust and overall cleanliness. The battery life isn’t great, so I split cleaning into sections. Still, I run it every day, and it maintains a cleaner home than I did before. 6. Warranty: The warranty is only one year, which feels inadequate for a product with this price tag. They release new models every six months, so it feels like you’re constantly stuck with an outdated model or paying to upgrade. The T20 has already been replaced. 7. Hair: I have to remove hair wrapped around both ends 1 to 2 times each use. The T20 sends me a notification that it needs the hair removed. Hope this helps someone. Fantastic review. ❤❤❤
Thanks for all the great reviews! What would the best low-mid or mid tier priced vacuum be that has a sealed canister, motorized brush roll attachment, and great on hard floors? The Tineco looked good until the hardwood test. And it seems like lots of Shark vacuums can’t fit the motorized brush roll attachment they make. Thanks!
scored this for $124 for on Amazon, lets gooooo
😂 me too
Got the white one for $28! they had a $100 clip coupon
I guess we all came here after we got it cheap on Amazon 😂
Great price!
BS! 😂
We have a hoover cordless which we bought from Argos. After 6 months use it is broken at the point of separation. It is now only useable in one piece. Argos wont refund after 30 days and Hoover are keeping us waiting for aftersales service 😢
S1 pro way more maintenance
I love my Dyson V15. My first Dyson was a V6. I like that Dyson sells replacement parts if something breaks.
TTI is a Hong Kongbased company.
So what a useless video 😒 the x40 complete on black friday sale is the best Option if you really want everything in a Robot
The X40 was mentioned in this video. I agree it’s a great robot.
@ yes he was, but your Video is Clickbait, because it s not „wasting Money“ to buy the x40 Even of he s a high Price vacuum robot, because all the others you mentioned have some Hard disadvantages and thats because of the lower price….if you Want a really Good vacuum Robot you Can t get a Cheap one,…. except you Make some noticeable cuts….
Of course there are trade offs to buying a cheaper robot. If you want S tier you have to pay or wait till it’s at a discount. This was mentioned in the video.
I noticed the video didn't include the sealed canister test , was that tested ? And is it ?
This was one of our first videos. We've tested it subsequently and the canister is definitely not sealed. Instead I'd suggest the Kenmore CSV Elite or the Levoit which are both sealed.
Which is the sealed vaccum with a hepa filter?
One of the most sought after features seems to be hard to find. Self Standing. Do any of the vacuums you reviewed have the "Self Standing" feature?
I'd have the deebot n30 for over a month now. I love it
Amazing video, super cool channel! Thank you!
You're using the vacuum backward... compared to the actual direction of the rollers inside the vacuum.
It doesn't matter though. What matters is how much dust and dander you remove from your furniture. It's much easier to pull the vacuum than try to push it against the bed sheet. You can use it either direction and it's pretty good at pickup.
Roomba J7+ is $235 on eBay rn. Refurbished with 2 year warranty... Hard to beat. I've tried two eufys and they lack cameras which is what caused a pooptastrophe in my condo with mostly carpet. A camera is absolutely essential if your pet has an accident. It just takes one time. GET. THE. CAMERA. MODEL Edit: either a camera or dtof sensors. Dtof seems to be more reliable. The Deebot N10 Max+ is literally $145 on sale rn refurbished
I agree. I had an older eufy without a camera and it was not very good. The new eufys are VERY good with obstacle avoidance.
No Shark products?????
I've got a Shark robot I'm reviewing shortly
Do you have a comparison of the Dyson V8 vs the V15?
I don't
@@vacuumnerds thanks, I found one. I might as well keep it. You did an amazing job comparing them.
I am wondering if throwing the vacuum into any liquid will not mess up more the floor/vacuum, because tires/side brush will touch that and spread all over the places
These vacuums will handle normal amounts of liquid. None are designed to pick up a big spill.
I found some at a pawnshop for like 50 bucks and it works
Hey mop guys! What are good electric mops for vinyl floors, as we can’t use steam?
This doesn't use steam
It's 2024 and why are we still vacuuming by hand? With that price just get a robot vacuum and call it a day. The robot does the job better by mapping your house along with the cleaning and they are coming out with some very powerful ones too. But if you still enjoy the old school vacuuming every weekend along with hand washing your dishes, have at it. The next time you cannot go out and enjoy life with everyone because you have to vacuum, don't blame me. Roborock anyone?
I've done a huge number of robot vacuum reviews this year.
what is the height of both robots?
Was looking into Dream or Narwal. Do you think these would be able to detect and avoid a tiny LEGO part?
Legos are probably too small for any robot. The Narwal Freo Z says it can recognize 120+ objects and item down to 1cm. So it *might* be able to do it, but I never tested anything that small. The Dreame says it can recognize objects down to 2-3cm iirc.
Loved my Dyson , however the battery only lasted 18 months , also considering I only vacuum about once a month that's basically 18 to 20 full charges. The replacement battery was over $200 dollars for a $400 dollar vacuum . Would love to see reviews for cordless that include battery life and replacement cost as an element .
Unfortunately I cannot do long term testing. I simply do not have the resources to test hundreds of batteries for several years. Maybe Consumers Reports tests batteries? Replacement costs can easily be found on Amazon.
You can’t get the same but you can get close. Nice try tho
Jimmy JV35 or Jimmy BX7 Pro?? Which one is better??
JV35 has the hot air feature. However, they both have pretty equivalent performance, so I'd pick based on your budget. They're both pretty good imho.
So what would you say is your favorite for performance? Especially as a pet owner? You convinced me to purchase every single one of them 😂
Dreame X40, Roborock S8 Max V Ultra, and Narwal Freo Z Ultra are my top picks.
Reggae isn't played for the limbo
If you're looking for a limbo channel you're absolutely in the wrong place!
Not exactly fair conclusion. Eufy's vacuum cannot reach the corners, and Roborock's vacuum is definitely better in every aspect. However, Eufy's mopping beats Roborock, hands-down, but both will have trouble with mopping edges and corners.
I absolutely hate Dyson vacuums they are built terribly
Hi! I have textured tile, Which is the absolute best at mopping?
hello, I saw your two tests on the eureka j20 and the eufy s1 pro... when will you do a versus between the two? which one would you choose
Eufy
Ryan is the GOAT 2:42
Bahhaha
Can you compare it to Sharks cordless upright vacuum?
Imo rn 🐐 of cheaper but great robot vacuum is the eufy x10 for the money all you get hard to beat
It’s really solid, and during Black Friday there might be a good deal on it. I’ll post the best deals as usual
Doesn't have a camera though, which is the best obstacle avoidance tech rn, along with lidar. Roomba j7+ does and it's $235 refurbished with 2 yr warranty
X10 does have a camera, which is why the navigation is so good. It’s not user accessible though.
I can personally vouch for both. My father has the Dyson v15, it's very powerful, great battery life and quite possibly at the top of cordless+bagless vacuum cleaners. I didn't want to spend as much so I bought the Levoit and it arrived today! Power I is very weak and as mentioned probably only capable of picking up dust with the thin crevice attachment. However Power III is decent despite the fairly short 12min runtime. My house has tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, wooden floor in the living room and carpet floor everywhere else upstairs including staircase. I bought the Levoit for mostly quick jobs on hard floors and I'm satisfied! I will update my comments once I use it on the carpet floor. I'm waiting until Black Friday week to add a strong corded vacuum for the tougher jobs, and my eyes are currently on Miele C3. Are there any others from i.e. Bosch that you would absolutely recommend? I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you and the channel for all your thorough reviews! Kind regards :)
Kenmore 600 is a great value vs the Miele. Appreciate the comments!
Clearly shark did better but hats off to Bissell for donating to save pets❤
I had a Tineco (before it died outside the warranty) and one thing I *HATED* about it was that it would leak as soon as I turned it off. I would always vacuum back to the base so that it can leak on the base instead.
The leaking is a bit annoying. The Narwal is overall a better unit imho.
I must confess that I kinda got distracted by the speakers I kept seeing in the background... after some pausing and searching, I managed to figure out those are B&W CM5's and a B&W Nautilus HTM2's, correct? Remembing that B&W used to have the distinct-looking yellow kevlar drivers helped as they don't seem to use them any longer in their current products. Anyway, I did manage to finish the video despite getting side-tracked, so thanks!
B&W 803s are the towers. You got the rest right. The CM5 is the center channel.
FYI: the Ryobi color is not yellow-orange, but green !
