Love finding your channel ! First thing is to read the fine print of your tiny home build contract ! Make sure you are aware of any hidden clauses like a NDA or non refundable “key money “ fees just to rent your lot on top of your monthly potential . Check out company reviews , BBB reviews. Take to people who have owned a home by that company . Also , make sure you are not paying builder to build their land with your money and other buyer’s who have paid in full . Check out the time frame for your build and what amenities will be in your tiny home community. If they are still building communities find out how long have people been waiting to pay for their tiny home build and still don’t have it . Just be careful and don’t believe everything you see on a companies UA-cam page. Talk to people who live in the tiny home communities. See what their experience has been to get repairs or help from the company after you send them a check .

im looking to get into this with my brother as. well, but I really dont think someone is going to pay 2850 a month for one unit, they could just get a house with that, from what ive gathered most tiny homes rent out at a average of 900 to 1200 depending in other options available for that unit, like if you offer a basement by digging a hole underneath and laying the foundation for a basement

I think I saw in a later video that you all moved out of the house, but did you ever have a moisture/rot problem with the wood being directly in contact with the ground? I have acres that need to be cleared off. My grandfather grew up on the land. The three houses that were there are dilapidated. Trees have taken over. I loved the lot rental idea.
