How to upgrade shower faucet

How to upgrade your shower faucet. I went a little further by retile the bathroom giving a brand new look. I also reglaze the bathroom tub. This is not a one day job. If you look close my grout line is not line up because the mortar is not cure yet after 48 hours. I went ahead and finish the job anyway. This is just a rental it does not need to be perfect.
