- This is why I decided to put a section 8 tenant out. How would you want to get kicked out of section 8 when you basically living there for free. There were dog feces from the living room to the kitchen. The whole house smell, sink and faucet are damage. The front door are off the hinges and all the door in the bedroom. It's not worth it renting to these kind of tenant even though you getting money from the government. Housing inspection also fell.
How does everything end up so utterly dirty and banged up? I truly don’t understand how it happens 🤨
They are a piece of trash.
I don't blame this Landlord for being mad I would be too, I live on sec 8 but I'm so much neater and cleaner , no excuse for this .
Is not easy getting section 8m, I have some of my tenants been waiting for 6 years trying to get on. Some willing to get kick out.
Terrible. How long did tenant live there?
They live there for the past two years. I was about to evict them after a year but, the kids had no where to go. But, enough is enough.
Housing low income is becoming impossible for mom and pop landlords.
They don't realize they are hurting them self. The rent was $1,300 a month but once done it will be $1,600 a month for new tenant. This is the real reason why rent are going up because, of tenant destroy our properties.
