Another eviction and getting my property back

Had to evict these tenant out. They are just pure dirty, not paying me as stated. The rent was $1,300 a month and they pay what they want to pay. For an example $200 this week and $150 next week but never total of $1,300 monthly. I'm putting all my headache out and starting fresh.

Unbelievable how people live, and disrespect for other people's property. It is a blessing to have a roof over our heads, and these people just trashed everything.

These people will never learn when you give them a chance. He had prior criminal record stealing from Walmart and I still gave him a chance. Usually the application already been denied.

You need to spend more time screening and find better tenants

I feel sorry for the kids didn't had any where to go. They were about to be homeless that's the reason I gave them the place. Young white couple, I figure they learn their lesson but I was wrong.

@@KennyHandymanInvestor White or Black, it doesn’t matter. Just screen based on normal criteria to avoid this in the future.
