Morning sir. I noticed the gain was only half way up? Would it not put out even more power if it was turned all the way up?? I was not expecting that much power out of that little amp lol!! Thanks for the videos!!
I guess those 1575 watts are like peak or dynamic power and not RMS, so u cannot run 1575 watts continuously.
have you done nvx xad21?
@@sfvirgo I haven’t. In fact, I’ve never done a NVX amp at all
Trinidad
@@surajpersad9656 that’s cool!
Nice little amp…
What part of Alabama brother Mississippi here
@@robbyfuller4342 cool! I’m in North Alabama. Cullman County
Great video. With that amp that small with continuous use heat might be a issue due to so little heat sink surface area.
Can you try out any nemesis audio amps? I see them everywhere on Facebook and would like to see how they perform.
Algorithm comment 👍
One of my first decent sized amps was a Audiopipe APCL1800.1. Had it running at a .5 on 2 Sundown SAv2 12s.
guts?
I have this amp. It's definitely not a good option to use it for bass, I did it and ended up using it for mids, and that's where it shines.
That's a cool little amp. Remonds me of an old school Sony amp for some reason.
I was surprised by this one
@@stereomojoI was as well
I have the audio pipe APMCR - 4060 mini. A 4 channel, full range, class D amp. Its fits in the plam of my hand, nice little amp. Plays super clean an its my first class D amp I ever owned and I am impressed how clean it plays. Owned it for a year now an no issue at all.
That’s cool. I’m a fan of class D for mids and hi’s
Guessing 600?
Magic lightning strike 1500w
lol. 600 was a surprise for this little guy!
Great video❤
Thanks Marco!
I’ve always wondered what made you shoot the marts….lol

@@stereomojo I can’t remember..lol….I just always get a kick out of it when I see it..

BRROOOOO!!! I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THEY MADE CAR AMPS!!!! I HAVE A PAIR OF THEIR HEADPHONES AND THEY PUT BEATS HEADPHONES TO SHAME!!!!
That’s cool!
Paused @ 7:38 Man! That amp puts out way more than the SoundXtreme 5k.... Remember, the 24" amp?? 😂 I've been reading a lot on Audiopipe the last few months and all I've seen is solid. A very reputable company. (Update on the Accord) I was in Walmart and ran across the Sound stream Bass restoration processor and my mind is blown! Yesterday, I redone the wiring on the WA 2k & the Orion. I have the Orion (2x 15s) from the head unit and the WA (2x 12s with the new BAMF) from the head unit and through the processor (I still haven't gotten around to hooking up the 3 way DS18 xover). I can not turn the bass up on anything. And I can barely turn up the processor. The Lazar's I feel can't take it BESIDES my car.... I can't see the road to drive my eyes are vibrating so much. I see videos on "is a bass processor is necessary or not" and if you like bass? You have to get a processor. But if anyone decides to? PLEASE make sure you check all your volume settings that they're at ZERO or you stand a good chance of blown up everything... I'm dead serious. Another great upload!! Be safe and have a blast everyone!! 🇺🇲👊🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
lol, good comments! Yes, I didn’t think about how this thing blew away that big (fake) 5K! lol. That’s awesome about your car!
You would do better buying the Audiobahn MURDER1D for $80, or the Audiozerone ZE1000.1, when Amazon has it in stock. It has a lot more power.
I’m not familiar with the audiobahn, but yes, that audiozerone is one of the best deals on the market!
Hey can you do a video on the soundstream sr1 5000d I would really appreciate it
I’ll check it out. Thanks
I think the comments are spot on. It’s literally $80-$100 more than Recoil, Stinger, Nesa TS Power and other competitors which are way in the $100-something price range but it’s a decent amp for sure.
Yes, I paid too much for my SIA as well. The guy that picked it up from me for $150 shipped got a pretty good deal.
Nice 1

@@jimmybarrett-sw8vt aw man, that would be fun!
I was fully expecting to see a fire extinguisher while you ran the 1 Ohm test. What a cool little amp, it'd be perfect for a Mazda Miata.
@@DustmanDiagnostics lol, that’s funny. Yes, it would go well with a Miata. That’s what I need to do, set the fire extinguisher out on the bench when I’m nervous about an amp or a certain dyno run. Lol
I bought the latest CD player they made, it had no sound too the speakers at all.. I went ahead and got a replacement and it lasted 3 days before the screen went blank, and died.. I would not recommend anything from Nakimichi currently.. as you can see they are FOS with ratings lol 3200 Watts.. there is a reason these are so cheap.. I almost bought this amp but got the PPI atom series 1200 watt , it will match this easy, the 1800 watt amp will eat this for lunch for less then 30$ more.
Aw dang!
Can i run the ds 10 d2 from skar with this amp ? Or will this am be too much ,? Subwoofer is 500rms
Hello friends, I'm from Brazil, I built a box for a bass guitar, with this bass 400 module, and a Taramps T 250 W RMS subwoofer, 8 inches, very good
@@ricardoalves1359 that’s cool! Thanks Ricardo!
Sucks Nakamichi used to be a top tier brand from Japan until they sold out to china. Glad to see this one do decent tho. Definitely like seeing them on them subs with real world power.

Been hoping to see this one come across your dyno bench. Great amp for the money, I bet this one won't hang around long on your shelf. Back when I was making mix tapes I always fantasized about owning the infamous Nakamichi Dragon 🐲
Yeah, you’re right. I sold it before the video came out. lol. Thanks!
@@stereomojo 👍🏼 I know you've done a couple of the Pyle Invincible amps before, but never really any of the class D mono ones. Right now the seller that starts with a big W and ends with oot has the Pyle INV500DBA on clearance for $49 where it's normally around $115. With the features, fusing, and ratings it would seem like a very decent deal
@@RavenousBitchProductions gosh, I can’t find it for that price
@@stereomojoCan't see it on Woot for $49? under home audio category it is
@@stereomojo Check in Electronics under "Home Audio" sub category
Reminds me of the Zapco ST-4X SQ. Looks to be about the same size. A similarly rated class AB from 20 years ago was going to be significantly larger (ARC xxk4140, PPI PCX 480 comes to mind). To stay in the class AB topology and get even more power than this amp or the Zapco at a smaller footprint you are going to have to step into Mo$coni territory and it's not gonna be near as economical for that extra bit of headroom..
Would be pushing 1 10" 4ohm sub rated at 400rms. Could i use 8 gauge wire for power?
I swear the amp guts of this amp remind me of a D'Amore Engineering amp.
Hmmm, I wonder…
hi man can yuo do dynamo test for bass face 1.4 db

Should this be good for 2 12 inch JBL subs
Yes
Please do the stinger MT-600.4 please sir. I'm curious what your opinion on the sound quality of it. I can get one for the price it will take to repair my Alpine. I'm curious if i should just get a new amp rather than repair a 15yr old amp. But i in no way want to get an amp with crap quality.

@@cyberflexx953 aw man, you had the good stuff! I had an older pioneer tape deck all through high school I didn’t get my first CD player until the later part of ‘94
@stereomojo that was back in the day when running 600 watts, was considered a ton of power, and you were ballin if you had Orion XTR DVCs.
@@cyberflexx953 oh yeah, my first amp was 80 watts, then 140, then 240 watts. Lol
@stereomojo I hear ya. my first amp was a junk Pyramid around the same watts. LOL. But it got me into car audio and grew bigger and bigger. To this day. I'm still slamming four 10s and a Pioneer monoblock in my weekend ride.

I'm running a Nakamichi 7 channel home audio amp from way back in the day. Output is a solid 110 watts/channel. Weighs a ton, has internal cooling fans, and performs perfect even after nearly 30 years. New Nakamichi? I doubt it has any of the build quality that made their name stand out. It's too bad.
