I have one of these with 2 channels running the 4 doors, and bridged the other 2 channels on a 12" tc sounds sub. Shocked at how well it can push the sub.
Just installed the marine version on a sxs. Great amps. especially for the money. also the one I installed had regular 8ga speaker outs on it. not those darn molex plugs.
Every since the parent company AAMP Global started coming out with similar looking amps under the Audio Control brand (higher priced), people have been speculating that the Stinger amps will be discontinued. I dont know. If anyone was interested in getting a Stinger brand amp, they should probably do it sooner rather than later.
i wonder if they are pulling tech from audiocontrol? stinger owns AC so that is not far fetched. i paid considerably more for AC amps however they have super clean sound and the dampening factor's are over 600. it cost me over $600 for the AC1500.1. i could have went with stinger for a fraction of the price. oh well that ship sailed
I purchased 3 of these they look great but not one of the units will respond to line in can only get audio thru it by attaching rca to bridge in and have no control with the remote... Ive been trying to reach stinger all day nothing but hold :(
Thats a slick 4 chn amp. I like that one too. Some one needs to Going to start selling amp wraps to give us a fiffenert feel. I feel like everyone is making them in an anodized black. They need some color , Dont get me wrong I like the black anodized I just think colors on them would be cool. Guess I can always spray paint mine!
In this economy with inflation knowing no bounds and wages more stagnant than ditch water in August it's nice to see that a few companies are still out giving customers their money's worth even if it is their last $170 before the vehicle they put the amp in gets repo'd....
Was that a Amazon Resale deal? Still showing $169 for me. There's a US store on Ali that sells it for $135....I took a chance on that one. We'll see what I get.
1000.5 and my brothers 2021 Colorado crew cab. It's got a down firing 10 inch sub and then JBL mids and tweeters. Also Infinity 6x9s. That Stinger amp is a stallion
Bro. Were you drunk making this? You said to bridge you need 2 channel mode, while looking at the switch that clearly says input mode. Then you weren't sure if the 10x on the crossover was frequency. Then you ran a test saying we're looking for 350x2 on an amp rated at 150x4. We were looking for 300x2. That's just what I seen watching 20 seconds of the video skipping through. Literally everything I stopped at you were saying our doing wrong.
I've had the Stinger MT 2000.1 for over a year. And it's still bangin hard. It's a beast of an amp. I paid $192 delivered to my door.

I got the MT 1000.1 in a little Ford Maverick pickup with a single Sundown 10" and it hits hard as hell.
Pretty sure that 2ch 4ch switch was for the rcas. Bridging is done thru wiring typically

The lower plug is probably for high level in.

I almost went the route of the Stinger 5 channel but ended up getting a Memphis Vivbelle. But this amp looks good
