What concerns me is the jury will want to convict RA because it's now been 7 years without justice for Libby and Abby! As has been pointed out across the board is the fact so much time has passed, memories have faded, evidence is gone, etc. there's little chance, imho, the jury will acquit... maybe hung? I'm impressed with how alike you and Lawyer Lee think, what of the testimony so catches your attention, your similar impression of the prosecutor and defense team, and that Judge! Considering the other nefarious things they've done to implicate RA how can we be sure they didn't find that phone but know how claiming it's. - the only one they can't find is a red flag so they say they can't find it.

The Abby on Bridge photo was sent to her story, which usually lasts for 24 hours. One of her friends screenshot it for the police. That’s why it says, “7 hours ago”, the friend screenshot it 7 hours after it was uploaded. So it was around 9ish at night.

3:08:00 was there any discussion about the possibility of the phone being placed in an insulated container that will block cellular, GPS, wifi, bluetooth, etc. such as a digital forensics pouch? Crazy, I know. But that would explain some things.

Snapchat is specifically made not to save photos unless you manually save it to your camera roll. Otherwise they disappear.

I don't know what you're buggin' about. No way you could seriously convict... The State has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that they have no idea who killed Abby & Libby. Read my pre-trial Tweets. I thought for sure the State was keeping their info close to the chest until trial began. Nope. They have absolutely nothing and they know if it turns out that RA was indeed the killer, its a complete "coincidence" Leazenby arrested ol' Ricky from the CVS just two blocks from the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

Wait WHAT? The coroner had coffee with a reporter at some point? He admitted this? I thought everything was supposed to be hush in this case. They need to find out when he had this chat with the reporter. This sure would explain leaked info, that could have been told to RA, that he used in his false confessions. OMG. I do not believe for one second that this was done by one person. One small man the same size and in poor shape, against 2 high energy teen girls. They would have had so many opportunities to outrun him. Especially going down the steep hill. Even if there was a gun, the man would have had to use both hands to get down. How come the cell phone did not get wet crossing the deep creek? Why was the cell phone even left behind? And i have one big question? In the crime pics at the scene, were there any sticks/twigs at the top of Abby's head? That may have looked like horns? Did the pathologist blacklight the bodies for fluids, before cleaning them? Im wondering if there will be any drugs like chloroform come back in tests.There are so many questions not answered

If you perpetrator is behind you and going to cut your neck the first thing you’re going to do even if he’s just grabbing you from behind is to bring your hands up so you almost always have defensive wounds on your hands if you’re dealing with the struggle you’re dealing with fighting the person off. That can be from the front too as we know. With that being said, neither girls had defensive wounds, so One would think that firefly you’re gonna have somebody stab you. I dealt with this with my current partners’ ex. She blamed me for their break up although I came way after, she stalked me , would make up lies about me and threatened to have me physically attacked . She also made racist comments about me and my demographic. The only reason she stopped was because I have the racial abuse documented and can get her fired which u threatened to do. She’s a narcissistic sociopath.

We know the body’s were removed after 5 to 5:30pm per family who saw the medical examiner/corners going to the scene. And we know when there were found. We also have testimony that certain troopers/LE were there to make sure went into crime scene until 10ish.

Could the handkerchief be what bridge guy covered his face with?

Did the medical examiner mention if there was debris or leaf litter in the clothing Libby was redressed in?

Around the 2017 - 2019 time cell phone providers were wanting you to turn in your old cell phone to purchase your new cell at a large discount or for free. That is about the time cell phone prices began to rise significantly. If you wanted to upgrade your cell phone, you might consider turning in your older phone after the sales tech moved all your stored data, contacts, text messages, etc. over to your new phone. It did not surprise me that the police would not have found that cell phone. Maybe I'm the only one who remembers upgrading my phone but could not justify spending well over 500.00 for a new phone.

I have some like super old phones before they started the good deal on trade ins. What if he traded in his 2017 phone because of getting a good deal like free new phone etc? Of course we get to the point he cannot be the unluckiest person in the world but this is not like a smoking gun or anything....there are many explanations for this. Gave the phone to wife or daughter? Used it for a trade in for them? Many possibilities. Gave to a friend because he got a new one and the old one was still good? Etc. Shouldn't they be able to get info without the device? Like from the google or apple id?

IMO it's still a strong point that there is nothing on RA's devices. Like sorry, what else is there? Unreliable witnesses (but all agreeing on points that exclude the defendant), unreliable bullet-matching science, and now no phone connection either. It doesn't matter that the whole phone is missing. We can't imagine potential data out of thin air. If I was on this jury, I would be unsettled how easily I could be in RA's spot with just as much evidence for my guilt.

Thanks for all you’re doing. This crime is so sad and I’m afraid it’s still not solved. It feels like they are doing everything they can to continue to cover up something. Living in northern Indiana and not having answers to these murders is very concerning. So thanks for following this and keeping us all informed with great detail. I hate to say there are other ways to SA and any markings to other parts of the body should be looked at.

Bandana tied around the mouth possibly and a bandana was found in the creek I believe although I never heard either girl was wearing one.
