When I was watching the hearing, the "when and if" comment by judge just hit me. You are the first one that mentioned it. Thank you for taking the time from your, I imagine, busy schedule, to make the public understand what is going on in this case.
I read it as JJ was exclaiming …. It is taking forever to get this to trial. IMO The victims (students families) would have to agree to a plea. Anything less than a life sentence is improbable.

If they aren’t turning over full footage starting from hours before the crime and hours after the time up until police arrived there is something seriously corrupt going on. Need much more footage to get full scope of what was happening in that area before and after the crime.
Yes. There should be plenty of video footage of that house and King and Queen roads well before and after the crime. The answer of who did this crime is likely in that footage, unless they walked from Taylor up the stairs to the house.

She said: “Seeing some speculation with some of the cars being searched this past week. Wondering if you can squash some of the rumors and speculation. Is there anything specifically you can share on the white car out front?” Fry corrected her and said “I’m guessing you’re talking about the cars in the parking lot?” And never answered her question. Has anyone else seen that press conference and heard that too? Am I crazy and she’s talking about a different car or how did she know to ask about a white car?

When these murders occurred, it went all the way up to the Idaho State Governor with the Governor publicly stating a million dollars would be given to LE for resources. Behind the scenes of who donates to the University and connections involved and now the FBI dragging its feet on the supposed CAST which alleged Koghberger was the suspect, begs the question what all is being covered up?

The money was actually given to the university (not to Moscow PD) to cover the costs of the investigation and the "aftermath of the crime." We don't know what the university did with that money and so far I haven't heard anyone ask for an accounting of it.

About 1 in 4 cars are white in north America and the cell data is potentially weak in an area with poor coverage... And not wanting to hand it over seems iffy. 🇩🇰
They didn’t just say it was a white car..they said it was a white Elantra and they predicted the year very closely..they also said it didn’t have a front license plate. Front license plates are required in Idaho and Washington but Bryan’s car was registered in Pennsylvania and did not have a front license plate because they’re not required there. That might eliminate every other Elantra in town but let’s just ignore the year and the fact that it didn’t have front plates. Let’s say 5% of vehicles in Moscow are white Elantras. Where I work there’s over 200 vehicles in the lot and none are white Elantras but we’ll give this college town the benefit of the doubt. Now consider Dylan’s description of the suspect (male, taller than 5’10” and athletic). Not more than 20% of a population will match that description considering 2/3 Americans are overweight and the median male height is 5’9”. So now we’re at 1% of the population matching the vehicle and person description. Now think about the percentage of people that drive around at 4:00 in the morning on a Sunday. It’s almost nobody…nobody goes to work at 4:00 on a Sunday..there’s almost no stores open at that time. 4:00am Sunday traffic might be 5% of rush hour traffic at the most. Bryan admitted to driving around at that time so he falls into the 5%. So we’re now at 0.05% of people matching the overall description (at the most). And we’re not taking into account the license plate, which basically proves that it was an out of state vehicle that did this. Then we have to take into consideration that Bryan’s DNA was the sole source left on part of the weapon at the scene

The PCA describes video of a car leaving Pullman and then they describe video of a car in Moscow and the description is the exact same. Later they give a description of a car reentering Pullman and once again they describe it in the same manner. They also describe cell phone tower pings traveling to and from Moscow at the same time as the car is on video. If you read my comment I’m talking about probability and I never factored the license plate. My mind is open and it’s very unlikely that there was some other tall athletic male driving around in a white Elantra that morning. If his face was on camera at the house a person could propose the possibility of a doppelgänger if their mind is open enough but that doesn’t change the probability of a doppelgänger

I was so pleased that finally the msm wasn’t vilifying BK for the sake of it, and was instead logically explaining that how the prosecution are behaving, that they are starting to make outside observers question their behaviour and why they are doing these things. Thank you for explaining the Touhy process. My takeaway then is this: if the CAST analysis was favorable to the prosecution the FBI would have willingly handed it over a long time ago. But, since the FBI is not wanting to be helpful to the Defense, they are refusing to hand it over. Which tells me the CAST analysis is, in fact, exculpatory evidence for the defendant.
Is it not odd that there is allegedly lots of cctv footage, ring camera, audio etc freely available to anyone with a computer up to say 4am on the day of the alleged murders...... but absolutely nothing after that time? At all? I for one would be hugely interested to know exactly what happened AFTERwards.... who turned up? when?

Great points on the importance of Anne T publicly stating my client is innocent. It's been all over the last 2 hearings including other members of the defense. Especially when compared to Bill T's recent somewhat childish behavior. It gives the impression that something has shifted behind the scenes.
The list of reasons why people in the judiciary, in law enforcement in government have immunity is frightening. Take away accountability and actual enforcement for corruption, and corruption abounds.

I have a theory on the FBI and the ongoing investigation and the reason things can’t be disclosed right now but I’ll keep it to myself. I will say don’t think the FBI in general necessarily did anything wrong, or is hiding anything, I legit think there is something bigger at play here and they are doing what they have to do. I’m with you on personal theories that we are keeping close to the vest. I was sent REAL TIME video and audio from that awful day and I heard 911 call and onlookers talking and using speaker phone on calls and was given updates and there is definitely info FBI is aware of and actions taken and the FBI was denied approval to charge BK but Idaho was able to. There’s nefarious things known and the local officials and UNI officials that are not going to skate by and the truths about the coverups will be exposed. BK did not butcher the Idaho 4 and I’m stopping here as to not get insulted and harassed but things I’ve commented earlier that answered a lot of questions did turn out to be pretty accurate. This case so far seems ludicrous and unfathomable but things will get beyond what adjectives exist. I too could be wrong (so far I’ve not been off key) and will accept that but there’s more to this much much more than meets the eye. Skeletons have been revealed about deaths and harassment and bullying and deaths that were ruled accidental yet there’s so much doubt and I’d say improbable as it’s obvious it wasn’t a pro swimmer drowning in 2” of water 😑😩 Deaths brushed under the rug and frats and sororities involvement and the UNI and police etc. covered up things as the truth would cause a decline in admissions. Ethan’s mum is by far the worst mum and person in general as I watched her interview, I was so angry and in disbelief and I can say I hate her. Her husband was sobbing and not agreeing with her happiness and having MOVED on already and was giddy and I am thinking that marriage has ended or soon will. He was disgusted by her and I can’t imagine others like myself who watched it were thinking the same. She prevented him from even responding and FBI isn’t playing along with the narrative and knowing the evidence doesn’t exist and the MARSHALL service is involved at some level. The public sees the bias from JJ who’s ignorant at best and incompetent at the worst. Some agency needs to intervene as a man’s LIFE is at stake here! There’s nothing concrete connecting him to that massacre as touch DNA is controversial especially when NOTHING else connects BK as you’d think at least 1 bushy eyebrow lash would’ve fallen off and he’d have gotten injured as defense wounds by victims were severe they fought back hard. Yet nothing left behind. That house was the PARTY/DRUG house do not tell me there wasn’t DNA from hundreds of people! That sheath would’ve been full of his DNA as the material is very absorbent his DNA would’ve been imbedded into the sheath. This case has been worrying from the outset. From the moment DNA evidence was scant despite such a ferocious attack on 4 victims. Then the crime scene was razed to the ground and removed. Now the FBI are withholding detail. Too many anomalies not tied down. Thank you for the update Andrea.
IKR? All that blood and they just miraculously found 90 picograms of Kohberger's skin cells (not near enough to test at all), on a knife sheath that Thompson does not plan to submit into trial, under a blanket which was under the body of one of the victims. Grimm's Fairy Tale.
It almost seems as if they needed a perp and needed one now. They found a man in the neighborhood at the time, so he'd make a good perp. Oh, and he's definitely a psycho who would commit such an act because he's a phd studend of criminal justice. Just got to throw that dna covered knife sheath in there for the actual evidence.
I'm not saying this is what happened, but the case is a botched case. What they'll do is push the case through, and as time goes by everyone will forget. Hopefully some youtubers will keep the case alive as a teaching moment about how the justice system can become somewhat corrupt.

I have felt from the second press briefing that something was amiss in the investigation. My sense is that someone close to officialdom is, in some way, culpable of something related to the murders.

There was a reporter from KREM 2 named Amanda Rollo and I didn’t catch this the first time I watched it but I couldn’t believe what she asked when I watched it again recently.
She said: “Seeing some speculation with some of the cars being searched this past week. Wondering if you can squash some of the rumors and speculation.
Is there anything specifically you can share on the white car out front?”
Fry corrected her and said “I’m guessing you’re talking about the cars in the parking lot?” And never answered her question.
Has anyone else seen that press conference and heard that too? Am I crazy and she’s talking about a different car or how did she know to ask about a white car?

Every American is due a fair and honest trial and is deemed innocent until proven guilty. The FBI and the State of Idaho both appear to not under-stand those very basic principals.

When these murders occurred, it went all the way up to the Idaho State Governor with the Governor publicly stating a million dollars would be given to LE for resources. Behind the scenes of who donates to the University and connections involved and now the FBI dragging its feet on the supposed CAST which alleged Koghberger was the suspect, begs the question what all is being covered up?
That is the million dollar question right there. The owners of 1122 King Rd donate the house and land to the university. The university was involved with the investigation from day one. Now the FBI doesn’t want to cooperate with providing reports, documents, experts. The public should be asking what is really going on.
I totally believe that Bryan Kohberger is innocent! A white Elantra was found in Oregon 8 hours after the murders with all 4 doors left open as it appeared they were fleeing! The car was left in the middle of the highway. The police did no dna testing , they just moved it to side of the road!

The money was actually given to the university (not to Moscow PD) to cover the costs of the investigation and the "aftermath of the crime." We don't know what the university did with that money and so far I haven't heard anyone ask for an accounting of it.

About 1 in 4 cars are white in north America and the cell data is potentially weak in an area with poor coverage... And not wanting to hand it over seems iffy. 🇩🇰

They didn’t just say it was a white car..they said it was a white Elantra and they predicted the year very closely..they also said it didn’t have a front license plate. Front license plates are required in Idaho and Washington but Bryan’s car was registered in Pennsylvania and did not have a front license plate because they’re not required there. That might eliminate every other Elantra in town but let’s just ignore the year and the fact that it didn’t have front plates. Let’s say 5% of vehicles in Moscow are white Elantras. Where I work there’s over 200 vehicles in the lot and none are white Elantras but we’ll give this college town the benefit of the doubt. Now consider Dylan’s description of the suspect (male, taller than 5’10” and athletic). Not more than 20% of a population will match that description considering 2/3 Americans are overweight and the median male height is 5’9”. So now we’re at 1% of the population matching the vehicle and person description. Now think about the percentage of people that drive around at 4:00 in the morning on a Sunday. It’s almost nobody…nobody goes to work at 4:00 on a Sunday..there’s almost no stores open at that time. 4:00am Sunday traffic might be 5% of rush hour traffic at the most. Bryan admitted to driving around at that time so he falls into the 5%. So we’re now at 0.05% of people matching the overall description (at the most). And we’re not taking into account the license plate, which basically proves that it was an out of state vehicle that did this. Then we have to take into consideration that Bryan’s DNA was the sole source left on part of the weapon at the scene
@@curtf9813 if you read the PCA they know its him in pullman, they say it might be him in moscow. they also leave all of the cameras that would show him driving to moscow out of the PCA. theres also a lot of states that dont need a front plate, theres also a lot of cars here that arent from id/wa. you could also remove your front plate if it was wa/id to make it harder right? BK didnt do it, keep your mind open
@@twizlestick8120 The PCA does not say that they know it’s him in Pullman and that it “might be him” in Moscow lol. The PCA describes video of a car leaving Pullman and then they describe video of a car in Moscow and the description is the exact same. Later they give a description of a car reentering Pullman and once again they describe it in the same manner. They also describe cell phone tower pings traveling to and from Moscow at the same time as the car is on video. If you read my comment I’m talking about probability and I never factored the license plate. My mind is open and it’s very unlikely that there was some other tall athletic male driving around in a white Elantra that morning. If his face was on camera at the house a person could propose the possibility of a doppelgänger if their mind is open enough but that doesn’t change the probability of a doppelgänger

It was long overdue and they started planning in August 2022. JJB called in two cartel leaders and their crew and JJB and DR gave orders to frat guys, girls and children rug dealers on how to muder them.
If they had given them the information she asked for over a yr ago she wouldn't be here fussing about about how much paperwork they had to turn over now.

Newsnation actually had a report about this case a few weeks back and actually had a lawyer on talking in favour of BK and the defence for the first time I’ve ever heard anyone in the msm defend BK. They said the prosecution was starting to look as if they are trying to hide things from the defence and if they have nothing to hide then they would have already given the defence what it was asking for. I was so pleased that finally the msm wasn’t vilifying BK for the sake of it, and was instead logically explaining that how the prosecution are behaving, that they are starting to make outside observers question their behaviour and why they are doing these things. Hallelujah!!!

Thank you for explaining the Touhy process. My takeaway then is this: if the CAST analysis was favorable to the prosecution the FBI would have willingly handed it over a long time ago. But, since the FBI is not wanting to be helpful to the Defense, they are refusing to hand it over. Which tells me the CAST analysis is, in fact, exculpatory evidence for the defendant.
I agree and I don’t think sy ray, who never has testified as an expert for a defendant ever, would join bk team if he couldn’t prove it!

Great points on the importance of Anne T publicly stating my client is innocent. It's been all over the last 2 hearings including other members of the defense. Especially when compared to Bill T's recent somewhat childish behavior. It gives the impression that something has shifted behind the scenes.

He waived his right to a speedy trial. That's a risk.
It is up front. A judge needs to sign off on a probable cause affidavit and then the suspect needs to be indicted by a grand jury

I have a theory on the FBI and the ongoing investigation and the reason things can’t be disclosed right now but I’ll keep it to myself. I will say don’t think the FBI in general necessarily did anything wrong, or is hiding anything, I legit think there is something bigger at play here and they are doing what they have to do. I also believe BK is innocent. I could be very very wrong, and I’m willing to accept that, but in time we will see. I just hope in the end the RIGHT person/people are brought to justice.

I’m with you on personal theories that we are keeping close to the vest.
I was sent REAL TIME video and audio from that awful day and I heard 911 call and onlookers talking and using speaker phone on calls and was given updates and there is definitely info FBI is aware of and actions taken and the FBI was denied approval to charge BK but Idaho was able to.
There’s nefarious things known and the local officials and UNI officials that are not going to skate by and the truths about the coverups will be exposed.
BK did not butcher the Idaho 4 and I’m stopping here as to not get insulted and harassed but things I’ve commented earlier that answered a lot of questions did turn out to be pretty accurate.
This case so far seems ludicrous and unfathomable but things will get beyond what adjectives exist. I too could be wrong (so far I’ve not been off key) and will accept that but there’s more to this much much more than meets the eye.
Skeletons have been revealed about deaths and harassment and bullying and deaths that were ruled accidental yet there’s so much doubt and I’d say improbable as it’s obvious it wasn’t a pro swimmer drowning in 2” of water 😑😩
Deaths brushed under the rug and frats and sororities involvement and the UNI and police etc. covered up things as the truth would cause a decline in admissions.
Ethan’s mum is by far the worst mum and person in general as I watched her interview, I was so angry and in disbelief and I can say I hate her.
Her husband was sobbing and not agreeing with her happiness and having MOVED on already and was giddy and I am thinking that marriage has ended or soon will. He was disgusted by her and I can’t imagine others like myself who watched it were thinking the same.
She prevented him from even responding and FBI isn’t playing along with the narrative and knowing the evidence doesn’t exist and the MARSHALL service is involved at some level.
The public sees the bias from JJ who’s ignorant at best and incompetent at the worst. Some agency needs to intervene as a man’s LIFE is at stake here! There’s nothing concrete connecting him to that massacre as touch DNA is controversial especially when NOTHING else connects BK as you’d think at least 1 bushy eyebrow lash would’ve fallen off and he’d have gotten injured as defense wounds by victims were severe they fought back hard. Yet nothing left behind.
That house was the PARTY/DRUG house do not tell me there wasn’t DNA from hundreds of people! That sheath would’ve been full of his DNA as the material is very absorbent his DNA would’ve been imbedded into the sheath.
I’m hoping things start coming forward and we can put our theories to the test.
