Looks like you only reviewed the original Terre d'hermes EDT, check out their Eau Intense Vetiver flanker. Very nice vetiver that's more similar to Roja's and Creed's vetivers.

Based on your review, this fragrance seems to give the same vibe as MANCERA Cedrat Boise. Correct me if im wrong.

What an obsession with not wanting to smell like “old man”. In my country the best smelling ones are the old men, precisely because they curated their fragrance wardrobe. The worst smelling ones are the younger generations, that smell to synthetic crap

on clothes even to my skin, the longevity of this is scent is outstanding. the fact that its only a cologne.

To me, the original smells like nothing but grapefruit. The extreme version smells like an old wooden dresser cabinet that's been sitting in an attic for fifty years.

A cheaper Amouage Jubilation XXV is a much better comparison than Spicebomb or Bentley for Men Intense.

The first time I smelt this one, it really reminded me of Terre d'Hermes, but spicier and drier, less gentle than TdH.

I own this watch. I wish it were smaller, thinner and had 24 hour numbers on it rather than minutes. The bigger and thicker a watch is, the more you bang it on stuff out in the field. The band is a little thick and clunky.

Nice review! I have this watch and I switched out the strap right away. I don’t like the skeleton hour and minutes hands. Besides that, this is a great everyday watch

Lalique pour homme (lion) is of course a great scent and yes it does smell like BDP by Creed but usually perfumes that cost less has a psychological effect on people,that it must be inferior. trust me that's not the case when it comes to this beautiful scent. Lalique's Encre Noire is another affordable masterpiece from this house. If it were priced ten times higher, people would undoubtedly rave about its exceptional scent, but because it's so affordable, it often goes underappreciated. The snobbery surrounding fragrance prices often leads to underestimating the quality of such an exquisite scent.

My great-grandfather and my grandfather wore this. I hated it when I was a child, but by when I got to be forty-ish I started to love it and I'm wearing it today.

Himalaya smells like a better more genuine version of Green Irish Tweed, also has solid longevity and projection, better than silver mountain water.

As a fan of the original and some of the flankers I had high hopes but it's one of the worst designer fragrances I ever tried. When I first tried it on I thought it must be fake. How could Dior make such a screechy mess? I don't like this type of horrible fake leather/suede accord they have with this one. Performance was very good though.

I just got my sample of Soleil d Italie. It smells obnoxious. Very thin, very sharp and very salty. It smells like laundry powder. It's also very feminine, like all of Mancera unisex perfumes.

Is the whole dial luminous ? I get it " the watch withstands 100 meters but does it glow in the dark ? Not just the hands but markers too ?

I have the Colonia Intensa and have never felt other reviewers I have watched are accurate about how it smells. They talk about it being citrusy …You are the first who has described it as accurately as I know it by use. It’s prominently woody and leathery with spice and deep citrus hints…. Thank you!

I've had this watch for 11 years now! I'm always accidentally slamming it on metal and concrete walls at work. It barely has a scratch! But you have to replace the strap every couple years. Even the stiff one it comes with will wear out.
