I just got done doing this, let it get to operating temp and now it sets off the engine fan anything more than idle. Let it run with the heater going as well and temp gauge sits right at 210 or just over. Waiting to cool down to see if that helps. Any more insight into something i may have done wrong?

I have a 2012 F250 6.7. 300,000 miles. Only use Rotella and regularly change my oil and fuel filters. One day I decided to take it it to a take 5 to service it because I was too busy and they changed the oil and fuel filters. Later that evening the truck started to shutter at low speeds 0-20mph. I thought heck keep driving it. Could be the fuel has to cycle. It’s my first diesel. Btw… anyways so at this point I thought it was a fuel system issue. Thought the worst and assumed it was the CP4. After taking the upper and lower intake manifolds off I discovered no metal shavings on the little valve above the CP4. So thank goodness its not that. But now all im getting is crank no start. I really dont have the money to get it diagnosed/fixed right now. But the codes I got were P0193, P0183, P0107, P0198, P0118, & P007D and they all say Pending. Im also using a INNOVA 3100 scanner tool. Do you know what this might be?

I have an 05' Yukon Denali XL. Im replacing mine also. What is the purpose of the black connector that errects from the side of the discharge hose? This specific hose is a special order for that reason it seems

I have 2015 Q7 TDI with 89,000 and was wondering about it as well. You know, to do it proactively before it starts leaking coolant.

2016 LML here! I have been dealing with a P2BAA Exhaust concentration High-Low reductant consumption for a while. Dealer replaced NOx 2 but the code keeps coming back. Any idea on this issue? Thanks

This explains why the PCM has to be updated... The TSB was issued because these codes were being set on affected vehicles although the CCV hose was connected and the system was functioning correctly. The CCV hose sensor, the only purpose of which is to indicate if the hose is disconnected (this was NOT a restriction sensor), was deemed unreliable and retrospectively deleted through this TSB. In lieu of a sensor on this hose, the collar (Ford part number FC3Z-6A603-A) was updated from a quick connect type to a permanent connection. All replacement CCV oil separators now utilize the permanent type connector, which makes the system "tamper proof" in the eyes of applicable regulating bodies. This TSB requires a PCM reflash in order to remove the CCV hose sensor from the PCM's list of monitors. Owners of affected 2014 to 2016 vehicles should have this TSB performed if it has not already been addressed.

I had to swap out my battery and then had acceleration issues. Threw this code. Found the same hose in the same spot cracked off. 2017 Lincoln MKC - careful taking the battery out!

I have the same issue two different brand batteries. It starts and runs just fine with a jump. Gonna load test them later and replace both

Also include 2015-2020 GMC Yukons, Yukon XL Denalis, Suburbans, Cadillac Escalades, GMC Sierras, and Chevy Silverados. On year 2017 they all start taking the super expensive R1234.

Great video! Thanks. I just now replaced mine with my dad. He pulled out every screw driver he had to prop that white clip open. I should have recorded it. It took us about 30 minutes before we got it propped decent and pulled the hose out. There was no hope for the red clip as it broke instantly. That was the ONLY hard part of that job and it should NOT have been that difficult. The mechanism is quite simple. But for some reason that plug was extra stubborn. You can also take to back part of the switch off using a flathead and you can take the extra wires out that way without cutting them.

I'm about to hit 400k on my 2011 with the original CP4. I run Hot Shot's EDT in every tank (winter defense for the WI winters). This is one of the more pressing things I worry about on my truck. A lift pump and this valve are high on my list of upgrades.

Just used a dorman water pump pulley and my car overheated again so I pulled over and popped the hood the entire pulley shredded just cheap 3D printed plastic bs I have the old pulley in the box it’s 6 times heavier 😴😴💯💯

SOLVED my U029E with "Exhaust Fluid Service" and "Reduced Speed". For the past month I have been working on this issue on my 2017 Silverado 2500HD LT 6.6L. Tonight I purchased my 3rd NOX2 (downstream) sensor and IMMEDIATELY EVERYTHING WAS FIXED. So, what happened? Why did the previous 2 NOX sensors NOT work? A clue came from GM Parts Direct as the original part number was listed as "DISCONTINUED". Previously we had purchased 2 numbers matching NOX2 sensors 12676706. So why did these sensors not work when the one see image below immediately worked? CHEVY! They programmed out part number 12676706 from the computer and programmed in 12718676. 12718676 CURED OUR U029E and "Exhaust Fluid Service" and "Reduced Speed" issues. Companies are still selling NOX2 part number 12676706 because it was the original device DO NOT PURCHASE THE DISCONTINUED NOX2 SENSOR 12676706. INSTEAD PURCHASE THE 12718676 PART NUMBER.

⁠2011 Ford Fiesta. Air conditioner has always been cold. I replaced the cabin air filter and since then the air condition blows cold as it use too but now fluctuates. Sometimes at a stop and even sometimes going down the highway at 60 mph. It can be 5-15 mins apart or longer?..

They shouldn’t sell a car with known issues however the Stealers don’t really care. Most people can’t hear those noise where as I hear noises immediately.

So just got a call from the dealer and they can’t find out why I am losing 2 to 3 gallons of fluid out of the reservoir bottle they are stumped everything was perfect they said when they pressure tested everything so it totally sucks I got 600 miles to drive home so bumbed out
