Great explanation, I need to do this on my 2015 Express with Duramax. I've been neglecting doing it but this is definitely gonna push me to get her done.
Great Video. I have the (genuine) parts in my garage for my '14 LML. My scanner shows the temp being around 230 degrees when it is 40 outside. I've put the job off because of the injector connection. It looks fragile and difficult to remove!
I had mine replaced via warranty. Ever since then the def fluid level will not change. What would cause it to not change? Still shows 100% full when I know it’s not.
Do you know how to test the level sensors in that unit? I've got P203B P21AA P21AB P21B0 and P203D. all are related to Reductant level sensor. I cannot find a pinout for this anywhere.
The reductant temperature sensor is in the module in the def tank the part number is # 84412924 . Here is a video of mine showing replacing it. ua-cam.com/video/1wW80_HsIvs/v-deo.htmlsi=HUAsyjLj9K61BkY1
@@moniquerojas3997 The factory part lists for $317 from gm and the labor calls for 2.4 hours, If the labor rate is $140 like us it would be about $653 without tax .
