Just bought one of these and will be trying out in my parent's back garden at the weekend, as if I was seven years old again rather than fifty four! Next stop Dartmoor for my first ever wild camp... Every review I've seen has rated them well and they are currently going for 80 quid or 90 quid for the "pro" version which seems to have better pegs and poles.

If you can't get out as often as you can, I'm sure I speak for all your subscribers when I say that we'll be here waiting for a video to drop when you're able to... Great video mate. I'm currently on the sofa with a bad back, had it all week. Was meant to be in the Lakes this weekend hiking the Bob Graham round. That's on hold for now. Did you get a fix for OS maps? Mine is the same. Tried deleting the cache and stored/saved maps etc, slightly improved but not much. ATB, Mike.

Absolutely true, you don't need to climb to the highest point to go wild camping! You can still get great views, be one with nature and most likely get more alone feeling instead of competing with other wild campers for the highest view. Great tent as well, I love the old traditional look with modern materials. Loved the video, keep em coming!

Big mistake to keep that many layers on yourself and still be inside of a sleeping bag. Sleeping bag doesn't generate any heat just keeping what your body is making. With all those layers nothing is coming out to preheat a cold air inside of your sleeping bag and you just sitting in a cold container. I never had a situation where was to cold. First what I'm doing is to get off most layers like jacket etc. I sleept on a top of Ben Nevis 25 December with -17 and was warm.

don,t you get the park police well not police sort of counsil going up and dwn the beach just before dark checking that no ones camping because they do in southport and freshfields beach on the coast were we went once and we had to move but that was yrs ago
