Love this video, thank you Marine! Option 5 is my favorite, but there is a lot of improvising there, which you do beautifully, but I'm struggling a bit. Would be great to have sheet music for what you are doing (i got the PDF, but don't see it there). I'm also wondering how to implement this in songs, I can do mostly what you are doing with chord progressions, but then when i try to incorporate into an actual song, it all falls apart and i find myself sticking to holding the chords or at most playing them using a more simple rhythm pattern.

Great video, thanks! My 2 cents: I would add the progression I-V-b7-IV. And yes, I recently discovered that IV and iv works great. I would add these 2 wherever the last chord is a IV, so maybe play IV for 2 beats and the iv for the last 2 beats going back to I...Amazing sound...
