I’m not sure but I think Axl Rose played it on piano tuned a half step down, like guitarists of the band did. So he actually played an F position on the first chord, and so on.

this is so cool, but just a little suggestion. Please play the solo as demo in the beginning, and parse the solo in connection with that demo. It really helps the viewers to get hooked in.
