Can you tell me when to add maj7 in a chord progressions
On the first and fourth degree it works great

I practice every day, what do you do about hand tension?As a long time guitarist I find muscle memory much different on piano 🎹...😖
Be careful it’s not supposed to hurt! Make you to position your hand properly so it doesn’t create tension.
