This update is really awesome, I just tested and played around with it in a solution I've built for contract management and what a difference it makes. Feels like I'll never use Excel. 😂 Excellent update and great video as always Matthias. 🎉

Hey Mathias! Thanks so much for this tutorial. I hadn’t put the “-“ in between Notion-Version & was racking my brains for ages on what I had done wrong hahah. I am still having trouble with Siri on my phone not recognising the Notion app! It says it can’t find it - any ideas?

Been following you and your content for a while now, I love it. It is easy to understand and helps me in my day to day notion use. I love notion for the aspect of building the tools you need for your processes and not shape your processes to the tool you have. This visualization feature looks amazing, will absolutely play around with if for hours once I get home. It still baffles me how Notion has not managed to implement such a crucial feature like more granular database sharing control. This is my biggest pain point with it at the moment. I'd make my life so much easier if you didn't have to share the entire database with someone or use a hacky workaround. Thanks Mate, your gold.

Great tutorial! I got stuck with the 2nd method when I added the Toggl Track, and the "Project ID" did not show up in my drop-down. I got an error that "value must not be empty". When I toggle on "Map", I didn't see any project ID. I tried using database ID, but it didn't work as I got a few errors when I tried to run Toggle Track. Any idea how to resolve this?

I tried to save an article using the Save To Notion web clipper but it will not show up in the inbox -- it just shows up at the bottom of the page. Am I doing something wrong? In the video, it shows up in your inbox. My mistake, I figured it out that you have to change the default properties to match the database properties. For anyone else having trouble: 1. When you add the form, add the readings page. 2. Remove the default properties and add the properties that are in the database: name, status, authors, year (don't add priority). 3. Once you save the page it will populate the inbox and your my reading list.

Thanks so much for this video! Any tips on how to handle the stats page for more than one person? e.g. for a team? I'd like each person's dashboard to automatically display their own stats. The dashboard has views of their tasks and projects that's filtered specifically for that person, but I can't figure out a way to do this for the stats db. Any ideas would be really appreciated! Thank you!

It's irking how he plays it off as a "joke", when it fact it really is the most glaring problem of Notion. Literally no one needs any other feature, other than offline mode. And like the folks at Obsidian have done in the past: There's features so crucial to implement that you shouldn't even think of advancing development any further without implementing them

Too many outdated sections in this tutorial as notion has changed. Also, inputting parameters for the shortcuts (databases) could be improved for clarify. I'd skip this one for now.

Could you please tell how to copy a Notion page to another workspace as a duplicate template? I am in extreme need of it. I saw certain videos in YT to share page by "allow duplicate as a template" but surprisingly this option is not available while publishing or sharing the page.

Hi Matthias, thank you so much for your help ! This video fixed almost all my issues I had with Syncing DB's in Notion. But I am still having trouble syncing columns between two databases for properties that are "Files & Media" as well as for "Status" properties. Is it possible to achieve this using Make? When I attempt to map these properties in the "Create a Database Item" field within Make, it doesn't work. Everything else works. Can you assist me with this issue?

Hello, I tried this for the 'create reminder' scenario but my scenario has 'encountered warnings' and it's saying 'Maximum outgoing queue length exceeded for event "save_reminder". I followed your instructions exactly - any idea how to fix this? Thank you

While these are great, the two biggest updates I'm waiting for are 1) charts and 2) improved integration of native recurring tasks. It's absolutely wild they haven't added these yet. I really hope they introduce these, or at the very least tease again, by the end of the year.
