People keep wondering why so many cancers are popping up in their families… The reason is : No education in nutrition ! Here’s education, but less than a dozen responses? This indicates little interest in preventing cancer. More interested in crying about their illness and looking for attention….

the product looks good, but maybe you can make your own. its possible the spice of black pepper does indeed destroy enzymes that help in digestive functions thereby affecting elimination. I would suggest just adding turmeric to avocado and tomato (lipids boost the lycopyne absorption that has many benefits) lemon that adds to lipid digestion for healthy liver...and lettuce adds to hydration. because lipids digest through the lymphatic system you may feel thirsty after eating avocado/nuts/seeds. then drink a glass of water/lemon. the rest of the time eat antinflammatory foods whole fresh ripe raw organic fruits (organic is a myth but it sounds good). Lakadong turmeric is having the highest curcumin content; considered as the best turmeric in the world. turmeric’s most active component, curcumin, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that may help treat or prevent diseases ranging from arthritis to ulcerative colitis and cancer. “Turmeric only contains about 2 to 6% curcumin, so you’re not getting much [of the anti-inflammatory effect] . with turmeric’s increasing popularity, unscrupulous manufacturers are adding synthetic turmeric to the real thing. Some additives, like vibrantly yellow lead chromate, are toxic. In the last few years, 13 brands of turmeric have been recalled for lead contamination. Experts say to stick with curcumin supplements, preferably the high-quality extracts used in clinical trials, which contain up to 95% curcumin. Look for brands using black pepper (piperine), phospholipids (Meriva, BCM-95) antioxidants (CurcuWIN) or nanoparticles (Theracurmin) for better bioavailability. Curcumin is hard for your body to absorb; only about 2 to 3% may end up in your bloodstream. To increase absorption even more, take curcumin with a meal where you consume some fat. Experts recommend 500 mg of high-quality curcumin twice a day for both OA and RA. www.arthritis.org/health-wellness/healthy-living/nutrition/anti-inflammatory/turmeric-wont-help-arthritis although its found turmeric has 8 other compounds that can benefit as well www.everydayhealth.com/diet-nutrition/turmeric-vs-curcumin-which-supplement-should-you-take/ This bold root has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and other traditional medicine systems to ease arthritis, reduce gas, improve digestion, and increase overall energy. If you have an iron deficiency, be aware that turmeric may further limit absorption of this nutrient. A past study found that turmeric, along with chili pepper, garlic, shallot, and pak kyheng (a Thai leafy vegetable), reduced iron availability, or the amount of iron your body can absorb, by 20 to 90 percent. Turmeric may strengthen the effects of blood-thinning medications. On the one hand, some research (mostly in animals) suggests that turmeric may help treat and prevent diabetes. (14) That said, turmeric may magnify the effects of diabetes medications that lower blood sugar, increasing your risk of low blood sugar (also known as hypoglycemia). Turmeric is high in oxalate, a chemical that’s released from the body through urine. In high doses, excess oxalate can combine with calcium to form kidney stonesA past study found that turmeric supplements significantly increased levels of oxalate in urine, and may increase the risk of kidney stones. For example, subjects in a dose-response study reported a range of adverse events from taking 500 to 12,000 mg of curcumin. (17) Seven of the 24 subjects reported side effects. For reference, the Joint United Nations and World Health Organization Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the European Safety Authority (EFSA) place the allowable daily intake of curcumin at 0 to 3 mg per kg of body weight. (10) So, if you weigh 150 pounds (that’s 68.18 kg), the maximum amount of curcumin you should take per day is approximately 205 mg, or 0.2 g. That said, the dosage used in research studies is usually higher. For example, a 2016 review of the efficacy of turmeric and curcumin in treating symptoms of arthritis found that dosages ranged from 100 to 2,000 mg per day, and doses were often taken up to 500 mg at a time. so its true that we don't know what black pepper does and where the source of info is about the ability to remove toxins, we can assume its a self drawn conclusion based on research. though it would much benefit their cause to provide a link to studies/data. In my opinion neither of these plants I would eat in its whole raw state, like I would fruit. so that suggests to me, what is meant to be eaten, is found above the ground on a tree/growing plant and offered in a symbiotic relationship to spread the seeds. fruit and greens as a condiment. avocados and nuts for occassional fats especially in the winter. though I like to follow 80/10/10 high carb from fruits to have more abundant energy. just my 2 cents and late night thoughts. so a bit more digging and i found it ua-cam.com/video/Mo9QUuDAuHo/v-deo.html

Mind you I also exercise every other day and eat healthy matching proteins and carbs and no refined sugars. I also eat 2 teaspoons of minced garlic per day. My doctor calls me textbook and tells me to keep doing what I'm doing. I take no pills what so ever and eveything I do is under my doctors care and advice.
