Got one myself an older model from the 70s Great Gun great caliber
They shoot great
Blast
You forgot to mention adding a 1/2 cup of suger in the fuel tank adds RPMs and a smoother cut
Blast!!!!!!💯👍🏻
We all know that if that chain kisses the dirt is done yet alone this 😂😂 idk I’ll have to try it on one of my chains that is dull to see
You would need to be experienced with excellent maintenance, and the God's on your side to cut this way without jamming the bar. Yes you can but should you? No.

Blast! I love my 7400 .30-06.
put a couple of twigs same size as cut on either side on the top. His way will get you stuck 9 out of 10 times.
Awesome bandsaw was not working out
BLAST !!!
Hey there ZZ Top, wheres your black tie?😮

@@KWAHU93 066 I like the old flat tops the best
That's awesome man I am trying to build one of those from scrap
@@DylanNewMoore they will save you lots of money.
Lol, you are exactly right. Amazing
Great caliber but I’m a Remington guy and I don’t need that big of a scope for Missouri deer
Cut a V on the bottom, a V on the top and plunge cut somewhere in the middle un cut area based on the identified high tension spot.
I want one of the M77 scout rifles
It finally made sense. Thank you!
Bought one from pawn shop in wasilla Ak.Never worked.hunk of junk.Sadly from an old Remington fan.
Beautiful rifle and absolutely reliable as long as you keep the barrel nut tight and clean
Took this year’s buck with the same rifle.

Nothin like a screaming Detroit
Also makes a good ditch witch in a pinch.

How to dull a chainsaw in 5 seconds
If you cut much, it's nuts not to use hearing protection.
@@montanadan2524 I always use ear plugs. Lol
@@beardedloggerlife159 my bad, didn't see them. I never carry wedges, typically top cut then come up from the bottom. I'll try you technic on my next sawfest.
Blast and put a real stock on it and bed it
Probably around 500 for one of that size. Bur oaks usually grow slowly
That’s one fancy sharpening brick you got.
Yup, that's what I heard too since I had a walnut with a T Post it had grown around. Logger cut about 8 walnuts last fall and that tree had to be taken down as new fence was going in. I said cut it down and if it's not worth anything then I'll keep it cause maybe an artistic person will want the discolored wood for something special. I watched from the house as Amish buyers fuss over the logs. No idea what happened but after the Amish left the logger wrote me a check for $9,000. Logs didn't look like much to me and I was hoping to get $1,200- 1,500 for them. You just never know.
you can also cut a small v in the top before you start cutting through. i usually end up cutting from the bottom most of the time.
In that situation I cut underneath never a problem
Well done sir well done
will do - thanks
love to blast but i never had one that was really accurate?
Same effect as using a wedge.
Easiir to limb out the top first. Takes alot of weight and pressure off the tree.
Want to sell it ? Nice saws for sure
Just cut from the bottom UP and the gap will OPEN as you go UP.
@@Tom-qx5nl that works, but not well on wood prone to splitting.
if you top cut it and then bring a bottom cut right up to the top cut you will throw a chain often.
This is super hard even with wedges.. it’s super hard to not get pinched and can with proper technique and it’s a tree looked this.. takes a lot of time now how much time nose in or not to do cuts like this. It’s you gonna do it wrong 1000x before you ever do it right
Wonder if anybody has ever bored out some holes in an es bar with a hole saw or theike to reduce weight and see if its worthwhile? Ive got an old 20" one i might experiment on,just to see if it stays ridgid enough and feels much different. Ive only got one rollomatic e laminated bar,or else id try them too
