As an advocate, you are on the paycheck of an incompetent government, which is at an epicenter of accusations of not providing space spaces for women. You pondered so much on educating women of course that's important, however,what happened in RG Kar happened to highly educated woman. Our society have failed, safe spaces are indispensable for any woman anywhere.

As everyone may be remembered that in UP a woman jailed because she made fake rape allegations on a men due to that judge did good decision it good lesson to women's for fake allegations and also if you can see IPC 498 A and B girls and women using it like a woman when husband not fulfilling her needs ,my own relatives a newly married girl she tell her husband to give money to her brother he rejected her than his wife with her brother both filed a case against him and his mother and sister, what's? Is that a woman s law going against women as well , and another thing a needy women will suffer for that , now courts will take strict action for fake case and due to that fear needy girl don't want to case any thing, a woman always becomes enemy for women, in village a family want her girl to go school she fall in love with someone and she went with her boyfriend, after 10th due to this villagers not allow another girl to school because they think she will go into school she will do same like marriage why not we do it before,, because of few women women always suffers medam blem womens , not mens every men in his family men only going to their job and come his home husband can't get any. Respect men married with unemployed girl but not employed girl will marry unemployed boy , ,, society made by women not by men , men makes factory, and money society made by women, a woman want educated boy , every boy will go school. Hope some intellectual, honest class people will join politics or create new political parties i.e.for example 1000 young IITians including others doctors, advocates should form new political party.They must prepared their plan in one year. Whole education, training i.e.system overhaul is required. Education upto 10+2 should be compulsory and NCC discipline and law should be taught upto 10+2. These type of incidents will not stop, Accountability is zero in our country IPS, Police , IAS never held accountable. There should be new laws provision 10 years imprisonment for area SHO in whose area crime occurs, distt SP also should held responsible and Accountability should expanded to institution head, building owner, transport owner all should held accountable. There should be high compensation for victim i.e.5 crore in case of rape death and 1 crore for rape. 50 % SHOULD BE RECOVERED FROM SHO HIS TEAM, DISTT SP INSTITUTION HEAD ETC. When they will realise that they will get imprisonment and fine.They will start their duty on ground. There should be minimum death penality in each rape cases. Advocate
