In government set up, women are having 80-90% gender reservations (Be it railways, AIIMS hospitals even or state government level jobs in west bengal) . Canada is insignificant for us and thus getting harsh treatment from us though that country is a U.S puppet and practically another State of United States of America. Regarding brazenness and not getting caught in Court of Law, I differ from Honourable Katju's view because in very recent past U.S has killed an General (Kasim Sulemani ) of Iranian Army on Iraqi soil and though Iran took a vow to avenge the killing but no court case was registered, nor any progress has been made in ICJ. Regarding Mr, Tiwari's suggestion of parliament oversight over our spying agencies and their operations, I am more scared of our parliamentarians.

Trump civil and criminal cases before elections, He was convicted recently before elections, All this happened without political interference? There is a debate in US about Current supreme court judges? we read articles as to how It tends to lean towards republicans now?
The Judiciary is independent but not unbiased. The appointments are neither independent nor unbiased because the sitting President has a big say, and that's why you hear about Brett Kavanagh and republicans vs democrats. Once a supreme court judge is appointed they stay there for life (or resignation) and they are not answerable to any other agency. That's why the court can undo big decisions like Roe v Wade if a side holds quorum.
