Mr Sibel is such a highly talented person and he was in power for a long time.
He should bring positivity in his podcast, identify problems and their possible solutions. Instead his focus is on negativity bringing bad name to India, current government and oppose any positive change in the country. Unfortunately this is what many entitled elite are doing in India.
I absolutely admire Kapil Sibal and his discussions and topic, however if there are positives in Kashmir after 370,then these achievements should be welcomed and acknowledged. 370 article was temporary in nature, by definition, the article 370 was to be revisited. This provision was closed by congress by their misconduct. Thanks to those IAS officers who found legal ways to rectify the blunder which congress did. The amalgamation of Kashmir to india was not based on article 370 but because Pakistan attacked Kashmir and unlawfully captured the land that too after signing the deal with then King of Kashmir of not intervening with Kashmir.

The damage to the federal structure of India caused by the BJP government actually makes a strong case that rather than abrogating 370 in J&K every state in India should actually have Article 370. Every state in India should have special status to prevent an unscrupulous government in the centre to destroy the federal structure of the country.
