Ragnarok Online was HUGE in Brazil. Even today, there's still a nice amount of people playing it on the official and private servers. It's a timeless classic and there's nothing like it

Gosh I loved Trickster Online... I sadly couldn't get far but!!!.. the grind and art was an awesome experience; which is then how I viewed other MMOs. My friend paid for WOW years back but was in love with FLYff and even more with Trickster/Maple Story. (he was the one that showed me these games). I did try MapleStory and thought it did look pretty but for whatever reason I couldn't get into it(I should try again)...but I did adore MapleStory 2; was so sad it closed down. I still like Asian MMOs to this day; Im happy fans keep some of the old games alive via private servers <3

Let me tell ya, Magic Guard. Hands down probably most important skill to have. I was a kid, didn't read the skill descriptions. Got my FP mage to 50 before have to delete it cause I didn't level magic guard. I was young and dumb and didn't have money to reset abilities. Found out about it's importance at Orbis Pq.

As someone who put UNREASONABLE amount of time in RO (mostly private servers tho because FUCK Gravity's money grabbing practices) seeing you experience the game for the first time and experience matching mine almost perfectly is funny and heartwarming. I chose a mage though so rather than relaxing clicking of a swordsman it was a life-of death battle of running across the map, frantically putting down firewalls and screaming. A LOT of screaming.

These docuseries really struck a chord in my nostalgia. Honestly it's what we had done back then being a new player and all, remembering it via a video form instead just black and white memories from my neurons really brought me back to the old days and almost made me cry. Thanks, bro.

They just announced theyre bringing back temporary frenzy totem. They will never remove frenzy totems that already exist in players inventories. some people spent upwards of 10K USD to get one. For this exact reason, hackers will never cease to exist, and meso botting will remain. in fact, as someone who bots and sells meso, its never been as high as it is right now. The only way to kill it is to remove frenzy totem. the reasoning is skill injection. all of us botters inject Frenzy totem so we are reaping the benefits of frenzy without ever even needing it in our inventories.

I played so much Ragnarok when I was young, during the pandemics I returned to it on a private server and I had the same feeling you had: Beign back to the old times where mmo rpg were based on grinding and with arbitrary decisions like the magnifier lol

If you need to get through certain maps without walking through them use fly wings its random where they warp you but it can help you get to the exit of a map easier. Also good choice knight best class

Strafe is the best skill. When I saw that I knew I had to make an Archer. Ended up down the path of a Crossbowman into a Sniper and Marksman.
