I was always debating whether this or scene from e memory is the best album from this fantastic band. they are both masterpieces, but I think Images and Words wins. I have learned so much thanks to these beautiful lyrics and amazing music.

I really love how this album fuses Gothermburg Sound ( Melodic Death Metal) with a more modern metal sound, all the tracks are super enjoyable and have their own peculiarities. Great work!

A moving rock ballad . Lovely piano tune . Can imagine Freddie mercury singing this too. Nice rim click on the drums and sudden uplifting guitar 🎸🥁👍🏻 love it and the lyrics are mesmerising too. Light of memories all rush into his head brilliant. May light surround you all.

15. years ago, a loved Fear Factory, now I love Dream Theater. And this composition, with Pantera....is awesome. DT have the best cover.

What a great tribute to Dream Theater. Arrangements are incredible. Hearing this, there's no denying that there is something special about Dream Theater. Amazing writers and performers. Thanks to folks like this making DT accessible to a whole new audience. To date, one of the best bands to ever exist.

Underrated album

So great! Seeing it live for the 3rd time on the 1st night of the Dreamsonic tour has had a profound affect on my life.

Came after the 1st albun, Elements of Persuasion, This 2nd and 3rd albums took me awhile they grow on you.

The drums are what makes this song and no one recognizes this. The drums are amazing every second.

This is probably George Lynch’s weakest performance. It’s like a Lynch lost himself on this album. It doesn’t even sound like him anymore

The first track obviously resurrects the riff from It's Not Love. Not the first time that's happened. The second definitely trying to get the sound and riff progression of original Dokken tracks. As for the third, see #2. As is usual with post-Lynch material, Don's albums aren't bad, but they're far from memorable. Very, very average. It should always be a testament to Lynch's original material, sound & phrasing that other guitarists try to emulate him constantly. "Sincerest form of flattery..." type of thing. But for us Lynch fans, it always comes across as hollow & just not the same. I just can't get into these albums where Lynch doesn't play; I try, but after one listen, get bored.

First Dokken album I ever heard. Love the classics, but the 1st track off of this album is definitely in my Dokken top 3. Probably with Unchain the Night and Mr Scary.
