I think the real difference is volume which likely differs a little because the univox pole pieces aren’t covered and have easier access to the strings

The univox sounds brighter but i kind of prefer the Eastwood

Why are almost all the pickguard screws missing on the original Cobain? and how is it that the size of the headstock is smaller than yours, which nevertheless dates from 1965, the same date as the original?

the sound comparison doesnt make a lot of sense between strings. the distinctive sound from the stella comes from the ladder braced birchwood body they all sound the same with the same wood and floating bridge / tailpiece even the parlor sized once very cool sounding affordable guitars

could you do a comparison with flat eq's? 8 treble on a twin is pretty mad. v nice vid tho xx

I was excited when the Vintera came out, then looking at the promo pictures I realized the comp stripe was off, different angle and width than the original vintage . Not a deal-breaker but bothers me a bit that they didn’t do it the same!!!! Vintera is still very cool, and the price point is obviously more attractive than these current vintage prices… but damn fender, couldn’t they just get that tiny but important details correct????
