The channel started as an experiment after exploring an old Radar Station one day and since then we began to do more and more explores, uploading whenever possibl...

can you film the view from the top of that hill? (idk 18th -19th century people raved about the view from that hill, they described that they can see the sea and ship sailing idk how true that is)

I actually own the bunker and the 1 acre of land above that you viewed at 1 minute on this vlog. It was used in WW2 for keeping the shells for three large guns that could fire into the channel and into Calais. I have been offered £60,000 for it but intend on converting it to a residence for myself one day.

I know the time must come when you lads part company and pursue the hideous world of work and the loathsome tread of personal progression - I hope you don't, but fear you will - but I have much enjoyed your explorations, your relationship with each other, and your enthusiasm for what you do; and when the time comes for you to stop, I shall miss you. Snivel, weep. So don't do it! Hang around! Keep making your films! But if you don't, can't, time moves on and careers call for you, I shall still wish you well. It's been fun.

Interesting place, I think the structure completely surrounded in banks at 21.46 may have something to do with nitro glycerine, an incredibly unstable explosive, it was generally made in small sheds on a mound or some other elevated point and delivered by gravity in wooden troughs. Various things were added to make cordite which was the standard British propellant for shells and bullets. The supports in lines around the site may have been for steam pipes from e central boiler house, steam was used to dry cordite. If you ever visit Waltham Abbey powder Mills you will still see steam pipes all around the site .

Editor/producer of xplorer here - just want to amend the ‘see you next week’ title that appears at the end of the video. This was the last video left to be released from our bank of footage; although we filmed a few more explores on our scotland trip, it is unlikely that they will ever see the light of day due to time constraints and other projects I’m working on. So, this may well be the end of an era! Thank you so much to all the fans that have stuck around over all these years - it seems like only yesterday we made our first video nearly 6 years ago in 2016! It’s been a pleasure to work with Ed, Lewis and Jacob to plan and film all these adventures, from our explores of the bunker-strewn Dunkirk coastline to derelict castles up in the Scottish highlands, plus all the tunnel systems and air raid shelters littering our local area. If it interests you to know where we ended up, Lewis is studying economics at Cambridge university, I’m studying physics at Cambridge (with a view to eventually leaving it behind and pursuing cinematography), Jacob is studying economics/politics at Loughborough university, and Ed is fishing. Thanks for your time, Gabe
