Another amazing high quality video men. The views, especially the White Cliffs are awesome to see.. so glad you put beauty in you work.. it just completes it in a way only you guys do..and you do them with respect and knowledge of those who fought there as you go. Great music, great exploring content, and amazing filming. Glad to see the world is finding you guys..1.8K and counting.
It’s a home defence bunker, the whole country was covered with defensive lines of concrete bunkers and tunnel systems where necessary. The point where you entered would have been a machine gun position, there will be several more all along the bay to create a cross fire and cover the whole beach.
Yeah, I thought it was a machine gun nest, the actual entrance was at the bottom of the hill and was bricked up. I'm guessing the other opening would also be either a sniper position or machine gun post that was missing the nest. Thanks for watching 👍
Great video. Kind of weird with all those passages and no rooms for ammo storage, or com equipment, kitchen, aid station, etc. In most or all WWII bunkers, fortifications, camouflage storage locations, you always see all kinds and sizes of rooms, but not here. Have you ever contacted or befriended a vet or two to help you with the history of your explored locations? There is always the library or Google of course, but wouldn’t be kool to interview a person that helped build or was stationed in these locations. After all, Britain 🇬🇧, or the all of UK came very close to being invaded by Germany and of course you cheeky buffs would of fought them off and won, especially with all the allies helping you. But all the old vets are dying and it would be kool to get them on video describing these places to us, your subscribers, that can only see it on UA-cam. Good post. Thank you. 😊🏳️🌈🇺🇸
I agree that it would be interesting to have a conversation with a vet, however it is unlikely that there will be many surviving vets anywhere near us, so I don't think the likelihood of this occuring is very high. Nevertheless, thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video 👍
Haha, we were swinging around on the rope after the video, great fun. Glad you enjoyed, and if you haven't seen it, a video came out yesterday too. Thanks for watching 👍
Hi:) Great video I start to be your fan:) I come from Poland and you are doing very good Job!!! Thank you:) Warm Greetings from Poland to you:)🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱😀
Not your generation but 'Steady the Buffs' used to be a common phrase (meaning keep calm or don't get excited) the 'Buffs' are or were the Royal East Kent Regiment. (ed for typo)
Excellent video as always. It's intriguing the way the tunnels are mainly lined just in little sections. Does pay to be cautious about asbestos though - you could be stirring up traces of it just from walking around and it's not good to get it on your clothes either. Did you locate the small hole you found higher up the cliff afterwards from down on the beach?
Yeah, the pattern of the structure was quite interesting, and the tunnels system was a lot larger than we thought it was anyway. No we did not locate the hole as it emerged upwards onto a ledge, so would be difficult to find from the beach. Thanks for watching 👍
It's obvious to me....the tunnels are sealed at the inner ends.....there's no reason to walk long corridors with nothing to brick wall ends.....and there's no reason to think men just hung out on skinny hallways of concrete....it's transport....it was for transporting something to the underground worlds who won't come out....they have men bring it to them. What was transported wasn't clear.....but it's so secret and to be kept forever that they bricked in all the ends looking like ends but they leave the tunnel in case they ever want to use it again.....now who was 4' tall? Italians? Vietnamese and Japanese....Italians.....they did a lot of brick laying also but back then stone masonry was still going on......Mafia was organizing itself and the spaceships just started getting shot down to reverse engineer but they had flat screen tv's in the 1800's said to be found in one cave...they sat down there and did surveillance on the surface.....ET tech to the secret insider's they incarnated on purpose......Wars, liquor, drugs raged on...but it's obvious nobody was hanging out in hallways......they were transporting in or picking up from the underground this way......Look up Damascus Syria Hospital Tunnels.....you'll get the idea.....Hospitals go 22 levels down and handle all the bloody things that come up in life.....it's for fresh live blood and what's down underground is vampires or call them 3-4 foot tall grey aliens, etc......
They have a contact email and phone number. Cell phones make things cheaper than gas. There's also asking any questions like which files aren't on the website possibly he could make available. Good luck enjoying. Don't get caved in on or let on and get the places filled.

Good job as always boys but please stay safe i climbed up a wall just like u did when i was a kid and my rope snaped and i fell 12ft down and broke both my wrist's cuz i tryed to catch my self but to high up come to find out it was because the rope was fraying from sliden back and forth on the rock edge so it snapped as i was going up after the 3 people went b4 me but i was only 13 or so when it happened but u never no when its your tern
Oh dear! That sounds pretty bad I hope you recovered ok. We made sure the rope was strong by dangling on it before we climbed, and there were two ropes there so if one broke we would still have been ok. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed :)
i n my opinion I think any bunker explorer'a should carry gas detectors on them just in case over time the oxygen is at a dangerous level. once your in there its too late to get out oh well my nanny preachin is done.. thumbs up
Many of these locations are perfectly well aired and therefore do not require a gas detector although I have already said that we may he investing in one soon. Thanks for watching 👍
@@xplorer9713 ... No ... it wasn't just a case of passing them up. Your friend had to put them over his shoulder, climb up, pass them to you & then climb down to repeat the process again & again. Also, my suggestion has a lot less risk of accidents. It's basic common sense!
WWII 4" tall people, tunnels to nothing.....and all that brickwork.....Those tunnels would be receiving something from the sea, and taking them someplace at the other end of the tunnels.....and it's all sealed very well, nobody can tell....they think it's the end of the tunnel....in the other video the figured it can't be the end of the tunnel and dig a bit and give it up.....It's obviously not the end of the tunnel and someone is very good at sealing tunnels......all tunnels are the same....incredible sealing job....If you think about it.....someone picked up something from the sea and transported it through the tunnels to something very secret......there's no need for a bunch of hallways to nothing....it's hidden, what was transported to this date.....but the value was as high as value get's......and it happened on a regular bases such as so many years so they built it out well, to last.....brick hallways built to last for eon's had to have gone somewhere.
Unfortunately it’s just an observation and defence position. The south coast is riddled with these as it was the most likely area the germans would try to land. Chalk is super easy to tunnel through and pretty stable . So no bigfoot, aliens or nazi gold ! There was a hell of a lot of smuggling around there a couple of hundred years earlier and there is a network of hideholes and tunnels relating to that but further inland.
Is this the White Cliffs of Dover? That is such a cool explore. Thanks for sharing.
Cool piece of history, the fact you're not speaking German should never be forgotten.
Glad you enjoyed the video 👍

Thanks mate! Haha it’s a bit difficult to get out there from here but that’d be great :)
I know where this is and after watching your video, I now know it's well worth an explore. Thanks guys, great video yet again
Seeing as how I like history, I subscribed and hit the bell. I was born just after the war, so things like this interests me
That’s great to hear! Our country’s past is fascinating, hopefully we’ll be able to uncover some more history soon in our coming videos !

These videos are getting better with every one that comes out.
Thanks mate, 👍 really appreciate the support.
Great amazing to find the engraved brick with name date etc on it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻keep it up
Thanks for watching glad you enjoyed!
My thought is that the unbricked portions of wall between were going to be dug out later for rooms or more corridors but were never completed.
Possibly, or maybe it was to minimise the use of scarce resources. Thanks for watching 👍
How awsome wouldnn't it be living in those repurposed to a modern home but keeping the original structure and feeling?
It would be quite cool, although unsurprisingly probably very expensive. Thanks for watching 👍

There might be a depositary of archives blueprints for war time construction you could look at.
If there are any, they will be in the archives in London, so it would be quite a long trip to go and look at them. Thanks for watching 👍

that is a machine gunners position over the beach. There should be another on the other side of the beach, for cross fire.
Yeah, most likely although I think the one on the other side was blocked up. Thanks for watching 👍
Is there foot holds as you climb up ? Or is it literally pulling up on your arms ? .... thanks 👍
Awesome location as always .
There are no footholds but you can still walk up the cliff, but uses mainly arms. Thanks for watching 👍

Ermmm ... why, in god's name, climb up with each bag?? Just attached them to a rope & haul them up FFS!!
Oh, & drink every time he says 'guys' ;-)
Because tying them, pulling them up then untying them is a much longer process than just passing them up.
Gotta agree with Charles, tie ALL the bags together, 1 process and they're up AND no chance of injury . SIMPLES !
