They do mate , but when it’s warm they need luck to find water , it’s not always the bad ones who don’t make it home 🤞👍

I’m wounded mate , if I could blame the birds today I wouldn’t feel as bad but I think we liberated on another lib who had been in the sky for 55mins , it would have happened so quickly and they wouldn’t know what hit them . I just prey they found water and can regroup and head home but I know most who are missing are gone for good unfortunately mate , as I said in the video the combine are asking for to much time over 2 1/2 hrs to lib , but I still think the birds liberated at bubwith knew exactly what they had done but from what I’ve heard they got away with it as By the time they clashed they were in race mode for home . It’s terrible really mate

@alibrospigeons8317 Richie, I don't know what to say mate, as nothing I say can make this any better. It's been such a bad season but your team of birds have shone through every time. I really am upset for you guys, it's not the same pain you guys are going through, but I really do feel for you mate. All we can do is hope and hope your wrong for once and they do come through mate.

Thanks for your comment Donald , and your right in that if there good enough they should make it back , obviously there will always be the exception to the rule as you do lose good ones as well , I’m just a bit deflated as my feeling is it wasn’t there fault today , the birds at bubwith would have been in the sky for 55mins today so in full racing mode and I think we’ve liberated into them and our birds may have only been in the sky 5 mins and that is how they have turned them round , it could have been any of our groups but it seems like we were the unlucky ones today , but a little communication and this could and should have been avoided 👍

@@alibrospigeons8317 yes you are probably spot on with that , the biggest worry is it's quite warm today and the biggest enemy even for a good young bird is dehydration , hopefully they rest up safe and go again , chin up you will get more back !

@@alibrospigeons8317 had anything this morning ? The problem with youngsters is they have no experience or physical reserves, the quality that you have there will see a fair few of them work back and those that do will be hard to lose, thinking of you and keep us all posted 👍

My dad left me to find my way home all the time , and I kept turning up for tea 🤣, I know what your saying though as a lot of pigeons are followers , I like to think mine know where home is but sometimes if they get dragged to far away they just don’t have the strength to make it home 👍

It seems like they hit the bubwith lib going south, absolutely crazy and it could have been any of the libs but today it was ours , how could the bubwith lib when they knew we had batches coming every 30 mins , I wonder how there returns are

Hi guys.Bubwith. Norwich NRCC up 6,05 am good returns taking just over two hours. My CC Norfolk &Suffolk held till 9am to avoid UNC. again good returns (100%. for me ‘)similar times. Hope you get them. We’ve all been there.

@@roberttemple4873see Rob when you think about it , your birds were up 55mins before us so when they clashed your lib was in full racing mode whereas our birds would have just hit the sky so I don’t think your birds were effected at all mate

@alibrospigeons8317 Reckon your dad's right ,they should all go up together, same thing happened in london when size of the birdage dropped, still had several feds arguing about flying alone ,now the sport as died a death down here ,most of my mates who still fly now fly south road as the racing seems to be a lot better as the birdage is a lot higher ,hope most of them get back over the weekend

@@stuartsmith2851you can’t please everyone Stu , but there is one thing for certain is nobody would clash with the UNC if we had 20000b heading our way and it makes it better for everyone else that we are out the way 👍

@@alibrospigeons8317 see what the week brings return wise, I for one would wholeheartedly agree with you but what happens when others are racing and your'e not ?? Take your time this week, as I said hopefully will still be positive, I'm still seeing small groups up here at Doxford of about 7 or 8 but they are proper race birds but again probably lost their way, as for the seagulls we were in shields park yesterday and the place was overrun with them and young ones, proper nuisance value all around .mate, have a good week both..

Still LOADS of ones and two birds we'll spread out flying north up here even at 4.00pm, MANY MORE than normal for this time..

Hi Peter if it’s this race you mean then not very good , 2nd club but to be honest mate we’ve lost so many birds the result is an afterthought 👍

@@alibrospigeons8317 can never understand the lack of communication surely with the tech at everyone's fingertips it would not take alot to stop this happening. Down south we have that three ways , east to west north to south and south to north which carries our birds over .

Iam 19 out of 22 bk the Durham combine but 5 mins behind for the last races and I won the 1st 2 races any advice thanks

There seems to be a race like that every year now and always the best ones missing ,look after the ones that are home they are now the ones.

I’m thinking we’ve hit another liberation , so communication is the avoidable part mate , as we are missing all our best birds and the birds who have been missing or injured have all returned so my guess is it’s the leading birds who have hit another lib and the slower ones have maybe missed it

@@alibrospigeons8317 hope the rest work there way home typical lib do you or don't you in the end of the day it's the birds welfare that's more important than hoping to get the right lib Same in Ireland southern bird's clashing with Northern birds sometimes I wonder do they communicate with each other with a average of eight thousand southern bird's to twenty thousand Northern birds I'm surprised The loses are not greather but that's pigeon racing for you

Hi Howard , definitely something I would consider doing it on the national mate , but I’m a bit gutted at the min as we’ve been wiped out today 🤦‍♂️

Such a fine line mate , we needed 6 seconds and we lost a lot more than that , it’s a shame as it’s the first time they have made a mistake at the home end , but never mind mate
