Right lads a great days racing for us today , first and foremost we are only waiting on one pigeon to return so as we hoped they just kept coming. A brilliant pigeon today who is well clear in the fed and so far I haven’t seen a bird in our section to touch her but it’s still early days and a few feds to come in yet but either way I can’t see many to beat her . The hen we clocked first is the oldest pigeon In the race team and is the nest sister to our super racer the mayflower . As always thanks for all your support it’s greatly appreciated 👍

Hello Richie, a tuff day's racing for you today, this year's weather has been so unpredictable to gauge how the pigeons cope with the conditions on any given weekend. Your first pigeon certainly pulled all the stop's out to get home, hope the rest work back in. Regards Dave.
thanks Anthony mate , we said last year what we went through would take us 2 yrs to rebuild , your right we have hit the post a lot this season but overall I’m happy with what they have done , yes it’s not where we were 2 years ago topping the fed 10x with old birds but I think come next season we will be back to full strength with a strong team of yearlings and 2yr olds , so all in all I take a lot of confidence from this year mate 👍
That race be about 143 miles from,from the time of liberation how long did it take your first bird.what is the fastest time for a pigeon done from that distance
The birds did 55mph yesterday , but there was a race I can’t remember if it was this season or last doing 85mph , I honestly couldn’t tell you what speed they could achieve as I guess it all depends how strong a tail wind it is 👍
70 years old and eyes like an Eagle....you need to go to specsavers Rich 😉🤣🤣🤣 Well done mate hope the rest follow on...I'm sure they will as they are still on line
Plus the bloodline is bang on,what a result for the family, congratulations to your dad for preparing her, presents was she on eggs/ baby or seperated/ widowhood
@@johnmoss9197no just roundabout system racing for her box , but we put them on a much lighter feed as an experiment for the yb season really , so that’s how we will feed the ybs
