YES!...I grounded myself when I did my sungazing sessions about 8 year's ago down at Ocean Beach in bare feet in the sand, that is up and until I had my BALLS CUT OFF after deciding to liquify some of the blue oyster shells I found off of the beach into my drink for three or four months due to being on an all liquid dietary interpretation for almost 4 year's straight of being unable to eat any solid food due to teeth complications and was consequentially thrown off my sungazing routine after only getting up to a measly 20 minutes per session in regards to having to conduct a 30-day waterfast to detoxify my mind of the heavy metal toxicity I received from the polluted shells from the polluted ocean water followed by a full-scale blistering RAGNAROK type re-entry routine involving another 45 days of fruit and vegetable juicing before I could get back onto solid food considering it was my first waterfast and I had absolutely no idea what on EARTH I was doing at the time!

I close my eyes and set intention for releasing all that not longer serves me and vision all of that being washed down my body,i then in-vision a white light(love and peace) flowing around my body from the bottom to the top. I then say affirmations and open my eyes 🌸✨

Today I turned 37, I was so financially stressed, feeling purposeless, and sad, working on my bday. I almost started crying when they were out of cold foam for my coffee. I turned this meditation and it calmed me, helped me with seeing purpose, and reflect. Thank you so much for making this, I really needed it today!
