today i turned 21 and it's a very special day indeed. i've had suicidal thoughts, intentions, attemps and severe depression since i was 12 and was finally properly diagnosed last year with borderline personality disorder and its been a struggle. everytime i hit these milestones of 16, 18, 20 and now 21, seems such a short time but to me feels like an eternity of fighting just to be here❣️to everyone else on their special birthdays, we are all blessed to see a new year and the universe still has plans for us 🎉🎂

Just finished this one.. My god.. I felt so light in my head's topmost point, that I started to feel dizzy... It was awesome.. I also had a few tears while doing this one, loved it. I am glad it came to mind to meditate. I was feeling bit lonely and cluless as to what to do. This meditation kind of opened spiritual doors for me. I got people who love me, I did and had so many happy moments in the last year. I also had some sad ones. This meditation made me go through past present and future and filled me with some hope. Today is my birthday, I'm going to make the best of everyday!
Just finished this one.. My god.. I felt so light in my head's topmost point, that I started to feel dizzy... It was awesome.. I also had a few tears while doing this one, loved it. I am glad it came to mind to meditate. I was feeling bit lonely and cluless as to what to do. This meditation kind of opened spiritual doors for me.
I got people who love me, I did and had so many happy moments in the last year. I also had some sad ones. This meditation made me go through past present and future and filled me with some hope.
Thanks a lot for this kind stranger. You did a wonderful job. I wish you peace and happiness.
