I bought some cacao and a beautiful hand made cup from my wonderful friend last week. This moring, cup in hand I settled and allowed your soothing voice to guide me. Thank u so much for sharing this opportunity with us. I had signed up for a zoom ceremony next week, however It was a topic I was unfamiliar with until 5 minutes ago, I followed my intuitive guidance, but this experience helped me to not only visualize this during my shower meditation, my intentions were to allow my whole being to relax and become rejuvenated. Water is a great medium I use often, when paired with this meditation it took me to a completely greater state of consciousness that I was able to hold and I really appreciate it. Just because we don't physically have something (in my case the cacao) it was not a limitation but an invitation for me, meaningful and it Is what I need to go and get the physical ingredients to be prepared for next week. And to in the meantime continue to work with the energy to build that up within my own energy field so that I may do my part in my space and share that with my immediate environment and unity-based conscious practices.

I would looooove more cacao ceremonies. I’m just getting into running them for a couple of friends at a time. I really love your pacing of this one, and the variety, it was like weaving a story…blowing the intention into the cacao… and then coming back to blowing in more self love & compassion (you can’t have enough!). I also appreciated how you ended it with a positive outlook on the rest of our day! Oh, and the preparation at the beginning! Those are all my thoughts right now, can’t wait to see your other videos!☺️🌷
