While I was living a car in Australia, I used to wake up and start my day at the beach with the sunrise. Those beautiful moments inspired me to move, flow and be grateful for everything I have.
Our connection to nature is really important and so meaningful. Creating a morning routine helps to start a day with positive vibrations, good energy and can shift your mood extremely!
May all beings be happy and free.
