When I saw your socks, my mind immediatly went to picturing a whole wardrobe of those line angles creating optical illusions - made me laugh, thanks for that.

I've been into broken rib lately too. I had neck surgery recently and wanted a small Sophie-type scarf to cover bandages and stuff while I heal. I made one scarf and realized how much I hated doing garter stitch back and forth over a small area for for 40 inches. So I made my own in broken in rib with a gorgeous 100% camel yarn and I love it.

The socks made me think of the tulip and daffodil fields up in the Skagit Valley in WA every spring!

Waaaaaahhhhhh……the new sweater! That is exactly what I had in mind for some stash yarn I have. I was going to try myself, but now I don’t have to :-)). Now all I need to do is be patient….Not sure which one is harder.

I have a small handbook binder style book of CO and BO and I love it! One of the most useful books I've ever bought. It has so many different types you never see and different variations too. They are divided into stretchy or not, what they are good for, lots of info compact and nothing you don't need. Obviously I highly recommend it. Also, I am Loving your new sweater design! It's exactly what I've been craving! Soon as you finish you already have 1 person eager to test knit and I swore I'd never do that lol I think of all the designers you would be fun to knit with though. I always love your podcast and watch soon as I see it's out. 💙

In weaving, alternating blocks of horizontal and vertical lines is a color and weave technique called “Log Cabin”.

I love the look of that pattern on the sock, but how about the floats on the inside? Will your pinkie toe get stuck while putting them on?😊

Try using a tablespoon of Baking soda washing your white/cream colored socks. They will whiten because it is a natural substance that will break down the oils from your feet. Hope you try it. Also will soften your natural fibers i.e. wools. Ms. Jo

Your last two sweaters are so beautiful they make me want to knit them, but I know I don’t tend to wear anything heavier than DK. I knit a cardigan this year in unspun and learned never again. It’s beautiful but the experience was terrible and not enjoyable at all. If I thought I could have frogged it without tossing it in the trash, I would have. My favorite and most worn knits are socks (cause I love sock knitting - it is my happy place) and fingering weight, top down sweaters.

Such a productive year! I need to put the Prismatic Sweater in my cart to try and get to by end of the year.

Beautiful collection and I just love all the colors! The colors are definitely perfect for my skin color palette.

just for the giggles I went to my Ravelry to see my stats. 11 pair of socks, 7 accessories and a baby blanket and 10 garments. Last year I had this idea of knitting a pair of socks a month, it was fun. Now I really want to use all my stash because it is growing without much plan 😢

I felt so inspired by your Everyday Attitude Tee because it feels like the perfect project to use leftover yarn. However, when I took a closer look at the pattern page, I realized am not a big fan of the stripes warping upwards around the neckline and I'm not sure how to modify that. 😞
