Great review as always. Finding accurate leads is challenging, especially with tools like Seamless.ai that often miss the mark. Great insights, really aligns with what I've been feeling about AI in sales. I recently came across Myko Assistant, which is designed to streamline tasks like email requests and internet searches. It might be a great tool to boost efficiency without losing the human touch.
PIP means leave. I got first one at 53. Never did before. I resigned on spot and did not argue as truly not interested in feedback from that "team" It was a clean up job from a previous long term employee anyway. Job tasks were being reassigned on the fly for other middle managers convenience. They asked me to stay 2 months and I did reluctantly. They felt PIP was in place somehow so I left that Friday. I got work from home job 2 days a week for 5k less. Actually a gain without gas and lunch purchases. They split job as they found no one. It is a different situation if living week to week at 25 so understand pain. New employer is thrilled with my experience level. Leave. It will not get better. I put 700K in aggressive S&P100 fund and few tech stocks and made 40% return and backed off a bit. That was 210k for investing better on my own. Rules are for the little people. Would have been flat on company choices.
Wow. I’ve only done a handful of cold calls in my time and I was nervous each time.
I was in a pip one time. Never wanted the drama and resigned.
I already had two labour board complaints and at least four grievances (I have lost count). They just want me gone and literally said "why are you working at a company you hate?" Problem is that my skills are very rare and particular and only a few employers in my country can get the value from me that I can provide. So I filed three grievances and a human rights complaint on the PIP and performance rating. The boss found he had no reason to put me on a PIP after two weeks. Isn't that funny?

I am starting a new employment agency. I don't know if you will answer this question for me, but is there any way to nail down who the hiring managers would be for specific departments when I do an account search?
I've been put on a PIP today; unfortunately it's over a variable I have little control over. I'm going to see the process through to the bitter end. If I get fired I have all the time in the world to make a wrongful dismissal claim. I am getting burnt out with the relentless grind tbh. Organisation I worked for previously bullied me; particular manager. Going through that whole thing was a learning experience, who emerges as helpers can be surprising. Later on they offered me a managerial role. If they need you they will use you.

Hi and love your videos.I wanted to comment on Inmail success and I agree it can be difficult. I find the best way to get a response on Inmail is via a no pressure question. For example my best one at the moment is "Hi John, I would love to connect with you as we have similar connections and industry experience. Please see I am LikedIn Premium. Are you happy to connect?" I am receiving this month around 22% responses by finishing with a question.

Question regarding BD. If you’re new to a market, and you want to get to know your clients. What kind of messaging would go into the email and what kind of questions would spark curiosity coming from someone who is not yet “credible”
One part of me says “fake it until you make it” The other part of me says it’s easier as a recruiter to network and speak with lots of candidates which will in turn give you more credibility to help speak with hiring managers

Ideally, the concept would work. However, ZoomInfo is a total scam! Bad/old leads. Just double your inside sales teams’ salaries. And save yourself the dog and pony show of “the best”. BIG THUMBS DOWN!

I guess LinkedIn Sales Navigator at the moment. However, I’m looking at Definitive Health. We”ll see what they have to say Monday. I am so upset at ZoomInfo, and then when I looked at them deeper they were going through a class action lawsuit. I was too late to join and didn’t have the size. I don’t remember exactly who was suing them but a couple of the companies were pretty big.
