Nah he was the one playing the piano. His name is Mike Shinoda and he's the founding member of the band. He writes most of the bands songs along with the guitarist Brad Delson. He is also the founding member of the hip-hop group Fort Minor. Mike does a lot of solo music, rock, rap and pop. He can pretty much do. anything in music

Around the same time Fishbone was another black heavy rock band. So underrated. Their cover of Soul legend Curtis Mayfield "Freddie 's dead" is worth a reaction.
