Check out Awake, Voodoo, Scars (this song launched a non-profit foundation called SCARS to help raise awareness of mental health issues), Unforgettable (The band goes into a school to teach music to students - really cool) and the 'Drum Battle'. The Drum Battle won't disappoint - basically Sully Erna (Lead Singer) also plays guitar & drums, so part of their touring show was a battle between him and drummer Shannon Larkin.

When it comes to the scream, it is called a vocal frye and their are two ways to do it. IIRC; When you use your false-chords there is more distortion in the sound, when you don't use the false chords it has a much higher pitch. More commonly known as a scream vs growl. Check out the songs "Voodoo" and "Go Away".
I’m a Bostonian so I’m def biased to godsmack but the song/video for unforgettable is possibly one of the best things I’ve seen in my 45yrs, again, biased, but there’s not much more out there that screams “inspiration” than this song and what they do for the students of NY, CT, NH, and their hometown area of MA is truly incredible. Whether you react or no, you seriously need to watch that one…….then watch and react to sully erna drum battle…..that one will get you views on views on views including me haha😅

You need to check out their song .. Cryin' like a bitch .. It's a diss track to Motley Crue (an older band from the 80'-90's they were on tour with . ) One of the Crue guys was out of line and running his mouth so Sully(lead singer for Godsmack ) knocked the Crue guy out cold . The Crue guy went cryng to the tour promoter about it and Godsmack left the tour or got booted . Anyway this song has been used by UFC fighters as their entrance/hype music for the fight . You'll like it .
