12 Tablespoon Lemon Cake Recipe🍋
3 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
12 Tablespoons Sugar
12 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
12 Tablespoons Milk
12 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
Zest of One Lemon🍋
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice🍋
* I Baked my Lemon Cake at 345 Degrees for about 35min in a 8inch pan
*EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME I GIVE AS A GUIDE!
*Do Not Over Mix or OVER BAKE!!
*Quick Tip ~ Beat Eggs and Sugar for about 2 to 3 min. This will result in a light fluffy cake!
* I tested this Lemon Cake in a 6inch pan, I got better results using an 8inch pan.
*Check the cake at 35 min with a toothpick , if there is wet batter bake for another 2 to 3min.
*If you want to bump up the lemon flavor add 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp of Lemon Extract.
