There is a small selection of food. Mostly pizza and burger/chicken strips and fries. You also have to look hard for fountains, benches, and washrooms. We went to the water park and didn't find changerooms, so it seemed as if everyone was using washrooms to change in, and the lines were long. Also, a lot of rides need more shade in the lineups.

If you go to wonderland on a rainy day there will most likely be fewer people meaning shorter lines for rides because everyone and their dog wants to go on a sunny day but almost no one wants to go on a rainy day so chances are if you go on a rainy day there will be fewer people and therefore shorter lines for rides

My family only ever goes to the park before March break and summer hits, you can do all the rides in one day! That way there’s very little lines and the heat hasn’t started yet.

Last summer i bought 4 footlongs and a coke. After tax and tip it was $85. Thats a problem.

Wonderland was so much better when we were younger. It wasn't stupid packed and you could get on almost all the rides several times in one day.

Wish they could make predator into a steel hybrid.. That thing is painful to ride. I completely avoid it.. The rest of the rides are aging. Viper (Arrow) is ancient and a head banger. The giant wheel is gone. The pirate ship was not operating on my last trip.. The park is often a ghost town. And yes it looks awful… Someone needs to take control and put some effort into the park. Six flags has not done the park any favors. I skip the park altogether, and it’s my home park.

Respectfully I disagree, the Windseeker has a very unique thrill when it comes to gambling on whether it'll be on your turn that it comes to a complete stop and leave you dangling for >15 min or if it'll happen the next group to board

I love Kennywood but NO I just can't bring myself to take the 4 hour trip back anymore until Steel Curtain gets its redo for reliability. I dunno maybe that's me being petty and overlooking all of the other cool stuff they have but I'm just willing to wait until next year.

As someone who lives within a 15 minute drive there is another issue: the area is so built up now that there is very little expansion that can be done. They can't expand west, there is a major highway there. They can only expand a bit further north before they hit a major road with a new hospital on the other side. They can't expand further east because they run into another major road with a long line of businesses on the other side. They could only expand a bit further south before they run into businesses and suburbs. So the crowds are getting bigger and there is very little room for them to expand with. When I say a little I mean they would be lucky to get an extra 100 metres (328 feet) north or south for more rides/attractions.

Shepherd of the Hills. It’s got great zip lines and the one mountain coaster you didn’t do, Copperhead. They also have a tall observation tower that overlooks the entire area. Branson Landing is a fun place to go as well. Come back to Silver Dollar City during Summer Nights July 13-August 4 when the park stays open until 10pm. Night rides on Outlaw Run are a whole new, crazy, insane experience. Time Travelers is pretty sweet too. Or come to our Christmas time celebration with over 7 million lights and the park is open till 9 or 10 at night.

And when I was a kid and they had Smurf and they had blue ice cream does anyone know is the blue ice cream to please millennials that are now taking our kids :) Is gonna say, I think the biggest problem or what would happen is if yeah, there was another theme park in southern Ontario

I am 12 and on Sunday on July 7 2024 I went to silver dollar city and on time traveler I faint for the first time but I rode it three times it the best theme park I have been to so far❤

as a toronto local (who isn’t exactly a thrill-seeker and therefore doesn’t enjoy the park, but has friends that do), i think the main reason why canadas wonderland is so overpopulated is because it’s literally the only thing torontonians have. there’s nothing like wonderland within an hour-and-a-half drive, as wonderland is the only cedar fair property in canada, and is pretty accessible to a large amount of people, being outside the largest city in the country and all. the next best thing is probably marineland, which is pretty far, and most people coming to wonderland are either disinterested with marineland (understandably so), or are unable to drive there. wonderland is also a good way to get rid of your 16-year-old kid and their entourage for an afternoon, which i feel explains the large population of teens acting like hooligans.

Best time to go is Monday afternoon or if you can go on an early weekday when it's overcast. It gets so quiet sometimes that certain rides you can go on twice in a row without getting off in the evening around 7-8pm. Also Halloween haunt last time I went I just rode the rides and huge rides like Leviathan had like 25 people in line so I was able to ride 3 times within an hour.

last time i went there i bought myself a fast line bracelet it was SOOO worth it.

I HATE the bat, I’ve known people that got whiplash from it and I hate how long the line was (multiple hours) but i loved flight deck, in fact, it was the first roller coaster I’ve been on, and it’s just a good ride in my eyes, every time I visit the park (at least 4 times a year) and it gets better every time

I been here too many times to remember, i even have a yukon stricker hat i wear daily from my last visit in october, it an amazing place and i high rekon checking it out if givibg the chance, "GET THE FAST PASS IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY!!!!" theres always so many ppl there

Got my first job at Canada’s Wonderland in 1991 and had so much fun that summer ! I remember meeting New Kids on the Block when they had a concert there and they had the best cheese burgers at the staff cafeteria. I definitely made great memories that summer !

My high school was right across the street from wonderland and most of the kids would skip the last 2 periods just to go there and the park stays closed weekdays from when it opens for the season until I believe mid June but it was always open on the weekends

The only way i see the line problem at wonderland getting somewhat solved is if something like a six flags or a universal park opens in Canada

I haven't gone since 2017, but when I do go I have to purchase a fast lane pass as its the only way to get the full experience in a timely manner.

I live about 2 hours from Wonderland. I used to go annually but haven't bothered in the past like 5 years. I couldn't put it into words, but something just was off, I figured it was just me getting old and boring but after watching this I think I may have just been more intuitive than I suspected.

The Boo Blasters used to be Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion, my favourite ride back in the day. I am definitely a dark ride lover, not a coaster person though lol
