IMO, it's such a shame they got such a mediocre actor, Rami Malek, to play Freddie in that tepid, Queen movie. Rami didn't get any of Freddie's ticks or behaviours down. The Live Aid part of the movie is laughable too: Rami's stubby legs. Lol

Mystify, there’s a clip from Michael interpreting the lyrics and working on the melody with Andrew, to recording, to performing live. There was just something about Michael. The tone of his voice….. They were great musicians, but Michael 💖 apparently he was quite shy according to his mother.

My mom loved this song. Thieves was the first INXS album I ever owned. I got it for Christmas in 1986. The first three songs, What You Need, Listen Like Thieves and Kiss the Dirt are a definite 1, 2, 3 punch. I loved that album so much and it was my favorite until my 15th birthday in 1987 when I received the Kick album. I wore both cassettes out in a year or less 😂😂

I've seen INXS three times, and I loved them each time. However, the first time was the best which was during the Kick Tour on June 14, 1988, at Kemper Arena in Kansas, City, MO. I was fifteen at the time and my mom took me. She loved them too and got great floor seats. Her boss was bowling partners with a woman who the Ticketmaster in our city. Lucky me 😍😍

Michael Hutchence was a major sex symbol during the 1980s, especially the late 1980s when I entered high school. This was also their first hit in the US and the first song I ever heard. It's still a favorite of mine all these years later. It's also one of my favorite videos.

As a young Canadian growing up during that time, it's embarrassing how young people ragged on Bryan Adams. I went along with it just not to "stand out". As a music student, I knew "the SOB can sing!!!" Great, great, great voice.

They are just finishing a 93 concert world tour. When i booked to see them at the O2 in the uk may 2025 for their arena european tour the 20000 seats were essentially sold out in 30 minutes, just 56 left. Of course you can get touted tickets now at a price. As others have said this song is not good to start with. First, always live Road of resistance , crowd control from the queen of metal Bmc, metal rap, 2021 version or legend mm Rondo of nightmare, budokan black night From dusk to dawn for vocal excellance, 2021 version Headbanger, any live Karate, any live Monochrome, Pia 2021. When you ready then you can attempt babymetal death, legend 1997. Only then you will understand Finally, the best BM song is the one i am listening to. I was brought up on deep purple, black sabbath, nazareth, pink floyd, and BM take me back to outstanding musicianship and god tier vocals.

That is the start at least, and i'm sure some talented individuals do not need to go this route exactly, but for those who have to work at it that is the work.

He couldnt raise the sound volume he removed the limiters. TRIP KHALIF their sound engineer had worked with Queen for years and knew how to get their best sound.
