      Great question! I just put out a video reviewing the Muse S (it's an EEG headband that works for meditation feedback and sleep tracking) and found the sleep data very promising. No subscription required for those features. As for other rings alternatives - I'm actually going to be testing a BUNCH of those over the next few months; because I really hate subscription fees.

    I never believed in this stuff until I started asking my spirit guide-who I couldn't sense at the time-to start showing me some kind of message. I then started seeing synchronicities dailly, & I can now sense my guide on a day-to-day basis. A lot of the crystals for the throat, eye, or crown chakra can make our dreams more lucid too as another way to tell. I do get prophetic dreams from time to time.

      @tylerjellis 12 днів тому

      Thanks for that! Between the two, my personal preference would definitely be the Pulsetto. The Xen just feels a bit more tedious to set up, the app tends to be clunkier and have more issues, and I don't really find that the saline solution in the ear conducts as well as electrogel on the neck. Stimulation from the Xen is also very mild in my opinion. Some people might like this, but I prefer a bit higher intensity to know I'm not cheating myself out of tVNS results. As for the Nurosym, I haven't tried it yet. I'll have to add it to my list 🙂

    I must tell a story. It is very long so I apologize . My wife from Thailand owns a restaurant. This guy has 3 therapy dogs. He has been a customer 11 years. Past 3 years he has brought one therapy dog and for 3 years sat on the outside deck. 10 minutes before we close for lunch every time. Most times he would sit himself outside. Big dog, shakes his hair, saliva spews everywhere and smells. He allows people to pet the dog. He offers services charges a fee and share his dog. He came in first time in 3 years at noon. Busiest time and health inspector there. first time he wanted to sit inside. Gave him table by the deck door. Dog could lay within 3 feet. He decided this day to leave and 3 minutes later comes back in starts yelling at my wife no dog. Left him in the car. Pointing at her Calling her stupid in front of customers. Yelled I can sit anywhere. "yelling pointing at customers tables "I can sit there, there, there, (pointing ) Anywhere I want!" My wife was very scared, Big guy very intimidating for a woman 5'2" and not fluid in English ...somewhat/ My wife can get fined because no dogs allowed by health code unless service dog. After 10 minutes of yelling not allowing my wife to speak, and after demanding to speak with inspector my wife said twice in 30 years she has only had real service dogs, blind person two times.Other times , many times service dogs carried in baskets, even a baby carriage, being fed by customer and they say service dog but they are not. He left after recording video of conversation. A month later we receive a certified letter and complaint for discrimination. He never mentioned service dog in complaint and lied about my wife only allows blind people with service dogs. . 3 years he sits outside with this big dirty smelly therapy dog that turned into service dog so he can file a false complaint and final statement...I request as much relief as the law allows and papers included in case we want to settle. THIS IS TOTALLY BS. He was just on the news where they report three therapy dogs. Another video 2 days ago showing his dog behind him in between the legs of an officer playing and petting him and he laughs C&%^$ is just a love monster. This was at a city council meeting. All his videos , his dog has a vest. But never had the vest ever at our restaurant. Now I know why a week earlier he asked my wife if she owned the restaurant. This ADA law is Bull S%$# because anyone can make anything up and ....Its just BS. Settle for $50,000 is BS. But I guess I need to get a dog and sure I can find some Asian restaurant to sue if it is that easy. I# should sue him for defamation libel. Of coarse the penalty for filing a false report is like $500. What a deterrent. Anyone want to comment that This is justice or discrimination? He never allowed my wife two questions, he never said therapy dog is now a service dog. He left. All he could have said the dog was a service dog now, my wife would seat him anywhere inside. Myself I would not allow him back or his big smelly dog that salivates all over the place. In that case am I correct or wrong. Sorry for long comment.Two more things. hat dog is not a service dog, anxiety or not If you have that much for need of a service dog, you sure would not share it, charge a fee for his services and he states on his website his goal is to breed the three dogs and start a retreat and than give them away as well. and he did just compleat online courses and is now a licensed medical councilor intern. So I guess he can say He qualifies for a service dog because he says hey qualifies now.

    Re: subscription, I’m thinking of buying one just because I already have their subscription with the baby sound machine 😒 My toddler previewed one of the programs and was hooked ever since so I just have to pay to keep her happy. But honestly a few dollars a month is in the grand scheme not a lot to keep my toddler happy and snoozing on 10 minutes, and not have to be playing something with my phone, which is terrible for her. I just wish they can offer individual programs for a few dollars. Like $3-10 for a specific album. Because we only listen to like two premium albums. I’d probably just pay for those and nothing else, if that was an option.

    • @tylerjellis
      @tylerjellis 12 днів тому

      I don't keep a subscription myself, but I understand why people do! If you're already paying for one for another device, I would definitely say the Hatch Restore 2 is a worthwhile addition. I agree it could be nice to have an "e-store" type option to buy an album once upfront for $3-10. I'd personally pay like... $50-100 or so for a lifetime subscription option.

    I just wish the MRI techs and doctors would respect that there are just some patients who are not having anxiety and actually ARE SUFFOCATING inside that ridiculously tiny tube. No problems having MRIs until after a drunk driver. Fractured neck, thoracic spine, lumbar, partial paralysis, and still obese from the steroids they pumped me full of to save my damaged organs and brain. I sleep with a tennis ball sewn into my shirt so I don't roll to my back because I stop breathing (not my tongue flopping back, actual cervical and thoracic compression on the nerves) and my entire body goes numb from the chest down. The tube compresses so hard on my arms which in turn press on my ribs and on my spine, breathing becomes impossible and I pass out. Thank God a nurse happened to see me turning blue and got me out! I came to with a horrific headache and floaters in my eyes. They have never brought up an MRI to me again even though I need one. My doc and new techs still refuse to listen and say it's all mental. 😮‍💨

    I struggle with anxiety induced panic attacks while smoking. First, know your limits. There is nothing shameful about being a light weight. Second, if you do begin to feel anxiety creeping in, immediately go to a place where you can be comfortable and begin a technique called Box Breathing. You slowly inhale through your nose for 4 seconds then hold for 4 seconds then slowly exhale for 4 seconds, wait another 4 and inhale again for 4, wait 4...and so and so on. You may feel a tendency to stop as the panic rises but trust me, this will absolutely work and it doesn't take long. This works on a subconscious levek to reset your parasympathetic nervous system via the vagus nerve. Special Forces are trained to use this technique if they start to lose their shit. It has saved me from having countless panic attacks.

    Flying to Australia next month from Vancouver. This is the longest flight I've ever done. Im not scared of turbulence or anything. Its the takeoff that terrifies me. Thanks, Final Destination 1 🙃

    Great vid and sense of humor. The point about the sleep alarm on the whoop was something I didnt know. Thanks for this.

    Trade jobs are good because you dont interact with much people but sometimes the work can get complex and that itself causes alot of anxiety and self doubt
